I was introduced to the weight room at about 14 years old. I loved it right off the bat and have been a gym rat, for the most part, ever since. I graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2001, with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Years ago there was a 335-lb Moparian that was one cheeseburger away from diabetes. Doctors yelled at me for being in my early 20's and having high blood pressure, high cholesterol & high risk for heart attacks. My doctor even gave up. I begged him to train me. To teach me and to help me change my life.

Affinity Fitness is an amazing semi private training gym! Blaine, Tyson, Nicole, and Jenn are the best trainers in Rockwall and truly care about their clients. They customize your workout specifically for you and they listen to you and your goals. I’ve been working out at Affinity for a little over a year now and I am so grateful for the guidance and encouragement I receive from not only my trainer, Blaine, but also my fellow gym enthusiasts. I’ve made some great friends at Affinity and I encourage anyone looking for a gym home to checkout Affinity. It’s incredible!

Blaine, Tyson and Nicole are phenomenal! They’re very personable and make the atmosphere extremely welcoming and fun!
I’ve seen more results (and had fun working towards my goals) in the last year than I have in the past doing it on my own. I am personally trained by Blaine but Nicole and Tyson are just as present during my sessions if I have any questions. Every trainer there makes it very known they actually care about what they are doing and our goals! I can’t say enough good things about Affinity Fitness!!! #af

Affinity Fitness is awesome! Tyson and Blaine are genuine people that are really passionate about fitness. You can tell they actually care about their clients and the quality of their work. Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive! Every time I come in Blaine is always smiling which automatically puts you in a good mood. Tyson is always ready to work you out and help you achieve your goals. The workouts are personalized and they are flexible when it comes to scheduling. They also have an InBody machine that helps you review your results in detail. It was very encouring for me to visualize

Nicole helped bring me back to life! Through the commitment with my trainer to showing up I was able to use my workouts to anchor my days and organize work from home life! The staff is super friendly, the pups are great and I enjoyed being able to bring my son occasionally during the summer.

This is probably one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years. I couldn’t be trusted making donations to other gyms … I need to make an appointment with someone to keep me accountable. I love the small gym setting. I love the small group training. As for Blaine … Well… He kind of grows on you. Honestly Blaine is awesome! He knows his s**t. This first year+ has been awesome. I absolutely love this place!! I won a 6 week training session and it has changed my life! I found a place that makes me feel right at home. Tyson and Blaine are amazing and the people who workout there are so supportive. I hate working out but this place has made it almost enjoyable lol. They push me to my limits and beyond. If you are look for a place that will support you, push you and care about you this is the place to be!!

I am just starting my fitness journey again and was embarrassed of becoming this out of shape (408lbs). Tyson and Blaine asked me to commit to just six weeks which I completed today . They have kept me motivate and push me to do better each day and never made me feel bad. They set me up with smart meal plans and kept me coming to work out 3 times a week. They have kept me motivated and to be honest that’s hard to do. I have lost 20lbs and feel a lot better but still a long way to go. If they can do this for me imagine what they can do for you.

I love training at Affinity Fitness!! I love the unique programs designed for me based on my goals. Blaine is great about making me feel comfortable, listening to my goals and helping me get there.
