You want to waste an hour of your time just to be told your vitamin D is low and an over the counter vitamin D will suffice. Could have saved me a trip and an hour of my time by relaying that information over the phone. Then this guy gets mad when you refuse his flu shot sales pitch and refusal to have your picture taken for his electronic health app. Of course he billed my insurance for the office visit!! $$$$$$$$ All about them office visits folks!!
On another occasion he called in the wrong prescription for an ear infection. By the time the Pharmacist identified the mistake Boyd office was

Excellent doctor I have been seeing for years. I can't believe how hateful some of these reviews are...doctor Boyd speaks perfect English. He genuinely cares for his patients that’s why I keep coming back.

My husband and I are both patients. We love Dr. Boyd and his staff. He absolutely takes time and is watching my health . He is very thorough and professional. I drive from Arlington but that’s ok, because I trust him. His staff is so helpful and kind. I’ll go to his practice as long as he’s in practice. The office is clean and comfy. Plenty of parking . He’s the best!

Long waits, incorrect billing. Discharges patients who disagree with his point of view. Seems more interested in the perks he receives from drug reps than in the well being of his patients. Not sure where he receives his information and although he uses technology in his record keeping, he's vehemently against any medical information/evidence found on the internet, even from sources such as the Mayo Clinic and John Hopkins Medicine. Update: the billing error was resolved, although the reason the co-pay was charged to the patient was the wrong billing code was used. Definitely check medical billings

My spouse picked a random doctor from the list that the insurance company gave him. I read the reviews and tried to convince him to see anpther doctor, but because he was out of meds due to the failure of him old doctor he decided to go to Dr. Boyd anyway. My husband went to the scheduled appointment and the doctor was suppose to call in all of his meds but FAILED to do so, after my husband told him he needed the meds. My husband even called him the same afternoon to make sure that the meds would be called in for him. Needless to say I called all of the Wal-Mart's in our local area and he has no

Great parking, small office but cozy and comfortable, staff is extremely attentive and professional, Doctor is thorough, thoughtful, skilled, and well dressed and handsome. Nicole is the medical assistant she gets 5 stars for drawing my blood from my hand with no pain. She gave me a bandaid but It was a clean in and out. Two hours to get everything I needed done as a new patient...they left no stone unturned...Dr Boyd educated me on proper eating and sleeping habits. He mapped out a comprehensive plan to address all my needs and preventive care.

Dr. Albert Boyd, is the most unprofessional doctor that you could ever want to meet. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. If you want a doctor that discusses your medical history in front of other patients, or if you do not agree with him on your medical plan. He will drop you as a patient. He do not follow through on filling out your paper work. Not to mention the long doctor visits. I truly think that the board of medical. Should send a woman mystery shopper to his office. Because his bedside manners is awful. Don't believe me. See for yourself. And I guarantee. You will regret the day

By far the worst experience i have had... my appt was scheduled for 345 pm.... here it is 518pm and i have not been called back to see the dr. The receptionist just kept telling me there are 4 people in front of me... maam this office scheduled me for 345pm. No one gave a curiosity call to let me know Dr was behind or nothing. Like seriously i have to get back to work. I will not be coming back to this office.
