Budget hotel, very cheap, but adequate and clean. We would certainly recommend as a practical budget option.

Sublime! Me and a good friend stayed just for one night but didn't want to leave. Some amazing views(and Scarborough was pretty too). We also made good use of the Electric Kettle. I'm sure we will be staying here again in the not too distant future.

Stayed at Areawest from the 13th to the 15th of July 2018 in room 4 had a great stay will definitely be booking again for the same room couldn't fault a thing very clean and tidy and easy and convenient to use

Just had the best time here for my 40th.The room was lovely, clean and well equipped. We had all round sea views from our windows and so couldn't have asked for more. Check in and out was simple and had contact with owner via text and email which suited us. Will definitely stay again and recommend. Thank you x

Only stayed one night (wished it had been more) views really breathe taking. Castle 5 mins away and Scarborough harbour 10 mins away. (Walking)

What appalling service, put in card details online to comfirm booking and to pay on arrival. An hour later get a phone call asking for payment and card details again. Something i don't trust about this system.
