Great prices, and the man helping was so sweet! He made the drop-off/pick-up so easy and my blazer was ready to go in just a couple days.

Very disappointed. At first I was happy to have an option other than Milt and Edie's. I spoke to a nice gentleman and did business, then recommended and sent 3 customers his way. Went back a second time and was greeted by a very very rude older lady. She charged more for hemming than the price on the door, and charged $25 more to clean a blanket than they did last time. Blanket wasn't very clean and was still damp upon pick up. Will not be returning or recommending!

Very attentive..I came in last minute to get my pants altered and they got it done in 1 day..awesome service.

I tried using their check-in deal and the lady in the front was very rude! She said I have to have 5 items. She didn't even looked at the Yelp deal. The deal says min $10. Very rude lady!

If you are looking at reviews for dry cleaners, You can stop right here! I've lived in Burbank my entire life, tried many places around the area, and MAN do I wish I found this place earlier! Their customer service, quality, and overall experience was vastly superior to what I've experienced in my years. I recommend this place to my friends and family 11/10 times.

I came here needed two of my pants to be hemmed, I was lucky enough to run into Zach where he took into account all my needs and at the end I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you Zach! 10/10

I wish I could leave zero stars. I brought in a jacket that was a gift that was too big. The first time they did it the jacket wasn't right. I had them do it again and it was worse the second time. When I nicely asked for a refund the owner got incredibly defensive and mad at me. Sorry the alteration was awful, I had them do it twice and it still didn't fit. I think asking for a refund at that point was perfectly logical.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ALTERATIONS. Unprofessional and just overall AWFUL quality.

The best dry cleaners in the Burbank area! Always doing a great job, with cleaning and altering too. Zack never disappointed on my pants alterations, and I love the original hem option! I also truly appreciate that they always listen and care about specific directions for unique clothes and complicated pieces... And now these guys are even closer to where I live! Can't recommend them enough.

We have been going to Burbank cleaners since we have moved to Burbank. We originally went there because we had a coupon and have continued going there because of the good service and friendly service. We have brought our work clothes, bedspreads and items they need hemming/alterations and they have done a nice job on all. I highly recommend them and their new location is even easier to find!

I just picked up my wedding dress from Burbank Dry Cleaners and they did such a great job! My wedding was at a ranch so the bottom of my skirt was super dirty but now it looks beautiful again! Customer service was great and I'd definitely come here again!

I've been using Burbank Dry Cleaners for three years -- and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Zack and the rest of the team are wonderful and really do feel like part of the neighborhood for me.

Love this place! I have never had any issues with any of my garments and have been a customer for nearly 3 years now. They just added Sunday hours which is great because Sundays are my errand days so popping into the dry cleaners makes my Mondays so much easier. This little place is a gem!! The lady was real nice on the phone. I was looking for a place to dry clean a winter jacket and everywhere it was more than $20 even in the bad area of north Hollywood. I was annoyed about it. I came here and they gave me a good price AND 20% discount for first customers. The place is clean and the service was great.
