I am not one to write reviews but when you come across exceptional service and professionalism with a business it would be irresponsible of me not to. Andy was fantastic and very helpful when purchasing our new vacuum of which we are very pleased with. If you are looking for good old fashion customer service that is knowledgable about their products then I would come here, and their prices are amazing.

Very rude man. Sells me tjen wrong size belt and then blames me that it was broken when I returned it!
Wouldnt even order me the proper belt and said it was my machine.
I paid $7.95 for tje belt and he refunded me $10.00 saying "THANK YOU VERY MUCH ..THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! Word of mouth travels fast. The other guy that use to run the place was a nice man. Been going here for years. Will not visit here again!
