We fix game consoles too! If you have an XBox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, or other video game system that is not working properly give us a call. This is one of our most common repairs. If you can power on your console but there is no image on the TV screen chances are that either your HDMI cable is damage or worse yet the port on your PS4 has been damaged.
After iTunes communicates with Apple you will see a message indicating that your activation could not be completed. Wait until you see the "Congratulations your iPhone is unlocked" message (up to five minutes). The Gevey SIM iPhone unlock instructions for the All In One adapters are simple for the iPhone 4S.
The iPhone 5 from Sprint and the iPhone 4S CDMA version from Sprint or Verizon can be unlocked with the use of a special SIM card adapter. This adapter works by installing a profile on your phone. Once the unlock process has been completed your iPhone will work with any GSM carrier. This unlock method requires specific firmware.

Today was my second visit to MD Wireless. Hopefully it is not a service I need too often. I only wanted some "cosmetic" work for my phone: a new screen protector and a new case.
My original screen saver was badly damaged and the replacement feels almost as if have a new phone. While MD Wireless did not have a case in the right size for my phone, they did a great job of cleaning up the old one and getting rid of the accumulated dust.
Highly recommend these guys.

Been doing business with MD wireless for over 10years and meaning only phones repair. However they time it is my Microsoft surface book. My Surface book battery is puffed up and need a replacement. I call Matt & Matt Jr. up and he they can fix it. 1 day later it is as good as new. This is my work laptop so they are a lifesaver. Amazing customer service as always. If you have an electronics need replace. Call them up because they can fix more than just phones. :)

MD Wireless replaced my cell phone battery. They had the battery "on hand" for my Galaxy Note! I called 1st and then brought the phone over and they installed the battery in about an hour. I left the phone there and they told me when to come back for pickup.
They use Covid care guidelines inside the store, and for the payment process.
I was very happy. Thanks for answering all my questions about the battery life, as well. I'm Back in Business!
I'll defininty recommend and use them again. The location on Contra Costa Blvd. is very convenient with parking.

This shop did not keep a single one of its verbal agreements.
On January 19th I called and was quoted a price of $225 for a cracked screen on my Pixel 4a 5g. They said they had to order the part and it would be in on Thursday or Friday, at which time they would call me.
On Friday, after 10 am I ended up calling them. They said the part was just in and it would take two hours to repair. I dropped off the phone and returned two hours and 10 minutes later to learn that there were still some things that had to be done, but the technician was out to lunch.
I returned again, one hour later. The phone

My Android S8 charger port on the phone started not to charge. I took my phone to MD Wireless. They told me that likely a good cleaning should remedy the issue. Sure enough I was spared the cost of changing the charge port. They are experts in electronic repairs. They are honest with reasonable prices.

Solid. Have gotten my screen fixed here twice. They are always super polite, very fast and have always been willing to answer my questions and ease my paranoia with losing data on my phone.
These guys are super professional, super reasonably priced and efficient. This is my go-to place for phone repair. Have been there after being screwed over and infuriated by Apple multiple times. Also, you can choose to either (1) wait outside a glass box in middle of downtown Walnut Creek where you will be for 40 minutes waiting for someone in a blue shirt to tell you that you didn't book an appointment

I stopped here after breaking my samsung phones screen and they repaired it in an hour. It was 300$ very pricey but I appreciate the quick work they do. They are also one of the few stores around that fix the type of screen that I had. Everyone wore masks but I didn't appreciate that the employees let customers without masks come inside the store even though the sign outside said that they require masks to be worn. They also invited a large amount of people inside the very small enclosed space so I found myself just wanting to pay and getting out fast. But the employees were very friendly

Awesome !
Called asking for a new lighting plug port as I thought that was my issue.
Thy said thy could do it (closing in less than an hour)
Tech inspected it and said it just needed to be "really" cleaned ( I thought I had actually done that)
Cleaned / working perfect / out the door in 15min.
They could have installed a new port and I would have done that to fix my non charging happily.
Honest ! Helpful !

I've have purchased several phones from MD wireless. But my most recent experience was the worse.
Max ordered a Samsung S8 active for me. He said to buy a used one and save some money. He stated used and new were the same. However, he didn't call me when the phone was in. He ordered a phone with Sprint apps build inside. I had to do some running around to AT&T to find out what was wrong with my new phone.
When I contacted him to return it. He deducted 20% restocking. What?

When it comes to electronics, sometimes repair is better than replace. With smartphones running at $200 and more, try to get it repaired. And for repairs, MD Wireless is your place.
I asked for several quotes, and many of them said "we repair only Apple products." The Hunny has a Samsung, that won't work. MD Wireless had a quote that was in line with the market, and they made sure they found the right problem and fixed only it. $90 later, the Hunny's screen works better than new.
I don't place as much emphasis on customer service as I do the hard product: are you
