We created this business out of necessity for emergency repairs. We understand how much we rely our gadgets and leaving them for days at a repair shop may not be an option. Most of the repairs we do are while-you-wait (or while you grab a coffee/lunch). We don't believe in charging for work that does not fix the problem.
We charge for solutions so if we can't solve a problem or repair something correctly we will refer you to a solution that will best meet your needs. It is not in our best interest to charge by the hour or to charge for something solely based on the time it takes. We aim for quality and efficiency at our store and our work environment.

I have not yet physically been to the My Emergency Guy (MEG) shop yet but I can see a time when I might... I called them because I have been past their shop numerous times and when mom recently told me that she had a malware issue on her PC, I wanted someone fully up to speed to go through her confuser and make sure it was properly "cleaned and disinfected".... MEG, informed they are not currently doing house calls (neither mom or myself were up for dismantling and hauling her PC around) but... they happily referred me to a local tech (Scott) who does do house calls... Scott did a very good job

My go-to for quick and easy iPhone repair, I seem to crack my screen a lot, mostly bc it's in my hood and I can bike there. But they typically have nice and helpful people working there and both times I was able to walk in and get it repaired within 45 minutes. Cost seemed a bit high at $115-180 but I think iPhone repairs are just expensive.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I highly recommend this business. I brought my laptop in yesterday and Phillip called me 20 minutes later with the diagnosis, options and recommendations. He fixed it and I picked it up today. Great quality work, very friendly and professional with great communication.

Had my kid's iPad screen replaced 2 times. Once was a cracked screen and another the LCD screen busted. Both times I came here to get it fixed. They response fast and price is reasonable. Most places tried to charge me over $100 and My Emergemcy Guy doesn't rip me off. Hopefully I won't have to come back but if needed, this is the place to go.

I unintentionally "wiped" the hard disk of my macbook air. (I was checking my devices on "find my mac" and thought it was a nonfunctional imac that I had sent off for recycling.) After talking to Apple tech support, it appeared the only way to recover was to bring my macbook in and get the OS reinstalled. Unfortunately, all Apple stores in California are currently closed due to the pandemic.
At Apple's suggestion, I searched for Apple authorized repair shops. Turns out that My Emergency Guy was authorized and open. I called them and they said just bring it in. To

Philip was amazing. I brought in two lap tops that needed service. He was very honest by stating that at least one of the lap top was in good shape and I just needed to buy a new charger. It’s refreshing to have trusted service providers like them in the neighborhood. I will definitely come here for future computer/phone issues. Highly recommended!
