Woke up on a Sunday morning and furnace was not working. Service call guy explains control card and igniter needs to be replaced on 23 yr old unit. We go with furnace replacement. Of course that service provider was hoping for a spot (pressured) decision that was $2500 more than we paid). Do your homework folks! Frantically start calling around and touch base with friend of the family that recommends ASC. Called Mark (owner) and he came over first thing Monday morning. I also got three other estimates. Mark was most straight up, straight forward, did not over sell, kept it simple, convinced us

My AC went out on a Monday afternoon. I contacted Mark at ASC and actually reached him after hours that evening. I went through my home warranty. Mark had a tech at my house on Tuesday morning! The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. The compressor was burned up (I knew it was going out). Mark contacted the home warranty company to get the replacement compressor. The only delay was waiting for the part to arrive from the warranty company. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Don't waste your time/money with these guys. They set an appointment for a Friday afternoon and didn't call when they missed the scheduled time, so I call them to check on the status. They said they were running a little late, but would be there. A half hour later, I called back to see where they were and was told it would be at least another hour, maybe more. I said that I couldn't keep waiting that long because I had a conflicting appointment...They said they could come on Saturday, but I'd have to pay the emergency service fee. I told them that I'd prefer
