We are Steve and Linda Haycox, otherwise known as "The Spouses Selling Houses!" We know you have been looking at homes for some time, and we are glad that you found our site! A little about us. We have been married for 22 years, and have a beautiful daughter, 3 rescue dogs, 2 rescue cats, and a few other critters in our home in the East Bay.
Tammy Ikeoka joined The Spouses Selling Houses Team in 2019 and is truly a valuable asset. Having lived in Brentwood for 22 years, Tammy spent the better part of that time raising a family and volunteering for an array of parent club/booster organizations throughout her childrens' education. Tammy originally came on as our Marketing/Projects Manager and has since taken on the position of Transaction Coordinator as well.

Steve and Linda were top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of, start to finish. They helped us sell our previous, and purchase our new house (an amazing work of coordination). Their guidance throughout the process helped us feel that we were in good hands. I would highly recommend Steve and Linda with The Spouses Selling Houses! They are both very attentive and knowledgeable. I believe that we would not have gotten the house we did without their ability to navigate the fast changing market at the time we bought our house. We have had other friends and family that have also used them and they have all been very happy with the outcomes. Linda and Steve were fabulous to work with. They were professional through and through. They are such a great team and play to each other’s strengths. Steve was our first interaction as he walked us through what he felt we could put the house on the market for. Linda kept us sane through the showings and even went way above and beyond when we have 5-6 groups waiting to get into the house because the front door lock broke (that’s quite a story). They provided the staging free of charge, but their advice as we reviewed offers was invaluable. We cannot say enough good things about the Spouses

We have used the spouses twice now. Once to purchase. This time to sell. The amount of effort that they put into their work is amazing. VERY professional and thorough presentations.
