Long Tire and Brake absolutely rocks.
I have sold used cars for more than 23 years and now Will, Jeff and their team have earned my business. Both honest and quite fair in their work they are a hard to find gem.
They have done 3 jobs for me including 4 corner brakes w/rotors (with new E-brake assemblies), as well as a pesky check light that I threw an O2 sensor at. They knocked it out finding a vacuum leak.
Again, I don't do reviews unless warranted.

My experience is very unique however let’s start from the beginning. I called them on the phone & a delightful man very courteously answered the phone. He offered to help me in anyway their services could be utilized. Unfortunately on my part, I did not communicate as well as I should have. I couldn’t but they did a wonderful job with a limited amount of information. Grateful to them.

Brought my car in for an alignment, my car still pulls to the left, they did not mention anything about my tie rod ends needing to be greased (they have grease fittings), and my tires were at: FL 31 FR 47 RL 37 RR 43. How do you do an alignment without setting tire pressures? How do you not test drive the vehicle, to know that the work was done properly? Will never be back.

Don't "brake" for this place. Just drive on by. Why? Their customer service is as flat as a busted tire.
I called them upon a recommendation by my mechanic to check my vehicle's alignment. I was told that there was one alignment underway and that they could help me after that one in about 45 minutes. I looked at the clock and asked, "How about 3:30?" which was an hour away. He answered "Yes!"
I was there at 3:29 and the guy at the counter told me a very different story. They had three alignments ahead of me and they do not ever make appointments

Impressive honesty. During an oil change at my car dealer, mechanic claimed I needed an expensive repair. Took my car to Long Tire and Brake for second opinion. If needed, the job was theirs. The estimate was much lower than the dealership price. Better yet, after their inspection, told me the work was not needed, and probably wouldn't be for at least three years.

They do more than just tires. They do great repair work. This is the most honest shop I've ever been to. I had a problem with my steering system making noise. I thought I needed a new power steering pump. I expected to get an estimate for hundreds of dollars. They said the power steering fluid was low and causing the problem. They topped off the fluid and the problem was gone. They didn't even charge me!

I have purchased tires and have had service work done by them for years. I like the fact that they explain (and will show you) the issue of why you need something done. They are not on commission like other shops. I don't like how you bring a car in for an oil change at other shops and they push you to do other stuff. You don't get that sales BS at Long. They fix what needs fixing.
