Located on Madison Avenue, on the corner off Madison Square Park, our handicapped-accessible vision center is designed to make your luxury eyewear shopping experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our process starts way before you ever walk in our front door, when we curate our exclusive eyewear collections from a range of international designers.
We combine four decades of experience working with clientele including major media figures, stylists and CEOs as well as fashion-forward New Yorkers, with frames curated from around the world, technology to ensure the perfect fit and prescription, and an unrivaled customer experience for your comfort and satisfaction.
If you are picking up in the store, you can pay on pickup, and if we are shipping to you, our contact lens department will contact you for payment. Please do not put your credit card number in the notes. See clearly without glasses, contact lenses or surgery! Orthokeratology, or Ortho-K, is the overnight reshaping of the cornea using a custom contact lens that's worn while sleeping and removed upon waking for clear and comfortable vision all day.
Dr. Chen graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in 2006 before earning his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2012, receiving clinical honors in pediatrics. He immediately put his pediatric focus to use, serving as a clinical attending doctor in the Binocular Vision and Pediatric department at The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Left 10/10 Optics today with another fantastic pair of glasses, thanks to the five-star service and expertise in exam, selection, and fit. The doctor made excellent recommendations, and I am always grateful that the staff really knows how to accommodate difficult me! It was a fun and upbeat experience with Ruth who made it positively easy. She chose two frames that were perfect for me, and in less than twenty minutes! She's amazing. I had to buy both. Best place to buy high-end and specialty glasses in NYC. They have a great selection of frames, an optometrist (and co-founder) on site, and a lab downstairs to cut and finish the lenses. Best of all the have competent, friendly and responsive staff to help with adjustments, advice and rush orders. I have very high prescription distance and reading glasses with prisms to adjust for double vision. I recently lost my reading glasses in a rental car and was virtually unable to even do emails. 10/10 was able to help me choose a frame online, and I had a new pair in hand in 3 days!

This review is a long time coming.... I found 10/10 Optics 5 years ago and have never looked back. They are just the BEST!!! I have always had complicated eyes ... but from the moment I met them, they have made the eyewear experience better than I could have ever asked for. Dr. Rozenberg and the staff were amazing! They stayed open late for me on a Sunday evening to come in for an eye exam and to purchase contacts. Couldn’t have been a better experience. I almost went to LensCrafters around the corner, and I’m so happy I was able to support a local business instead. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

It was quick and very easy. The service was fantastic! They really know there stuff and helped me find the perfect match. I didn't even have an appointment i just walked right in with my aunt who was picking up her very own sets of glasses. I came here for an ortho k consultation and it was one of the most pleasant eye appointments I've had. Office is clean, staff is super friendly, and Dr. Rozenberg is extremely knowledgeable and has incredible bedside manner. I went to multiple places to see where I should get ortho k done at, and this place really sold me because of their customer service and expertise. I feel more at ease and confident about my choice, and I look forward to having ortho k done with them. Highly recommend! :)

Never wearing glasses before to now having to wear them even to turn on the radio in my car became effortless thanks to 10/10 Optics! The entire staff is friendly knowledgeable and honest but most of all patient. I tried on so many glasses and both pair I chose are just perfect and so light I barely know I’m wearing them, oh except now I can see!! Very happy and satisfied beyond words and my kids are glad I’m not driving around blindly anymore! Literally.

The doctor strung me along for months and thousands of dollars ($6,000) in all. He sold me on a type of solution where I would wear contacts at night while I slept and my cornea would be adjusted to where I could see/read the next day. It never worked and he kept trying and charging me when he couldn't get it right. When I started seeing an eye doctor in Houston, she quickly explained that this solution was not affective for adults. So much for all of the money I spent. A hard lesson. I would never patronize this place again

In the thirty years of wearing glasses, I have never had an experience like this. From the exam to the image consultants EVERYONE shows that they care. They care with patience, honest advice and accuracy. I got my glasses today. They are perfect! I am so happy I will never go anywhere else. Ruth and her team are beyond AMAZING! The staff here are amazing. Ruth was the wonderful person who assisted me in finding my new glasses. And by glasses I mean two new pairs plus sunglasses. I have had glasses since I was about 9 (so almost 20 years at this point) and I have had the same basic style every time - aka thick black frames. Ruth, my glasses fairy godmother was having none of that. Ruth picked out a bunch of different styles for me to try and was the nicest person, taking pictures to help show how they looked. It's hard not to get personal and/or emotional when it's something so valuable as your vision. The night before vacationing in NYC I scratched my cornea (or something along that line). Traveled in pain, not able to wear contacts and day two was no better. Red eye, swollen, constantly closing and tearing.... I called and scored a quick appointment with Dr Rozenburg. He examined my eye, assured me, guided me, and I left feeling much better. Dr. Stephen Rozenberg examines my eyes. My vision is terrible even after cataract surgery. Dr. Rozenberg was very thorough and competent. He told me my new prescription should work and correct my vision.
Ruth helped me by selecting frames. She showed me frames which were unusual for a conservative shopper like me, totally different than what I'm accustomed to. I went out of my comfort zone and took them. I love them and this is thanks to Ruth.

Only place I will get glasses. They were recommended by a friend when we were all in Queens, years ago. They have the best selection of gorgeous glasses. I constantly get compliments about mine. Ruth loves helping you pick out the ones just right for you. And it is fun trying them on. I would not even consider contact lenses.

This is the only place that I trust to adjust my glasses (meaning get them fitted or refitted when they're out of shape). I could have them adjusted at LensCrafters, but I've tried them twice for adjustments, and the first time they bent my glasses out of shape (worked but not the right way) and the second time they bent the decorative designer logo off. So, now I always come to 10/10 optics. The staff generally is very knowledgeable and skilled, particularly Jesus and the younger woman with long dark hair is always such a delight and so professional. 5/5.

I now have my glasses back and, wow! Whomever does the nose pad installation did a friggin' incredible job!!!!! Worth the wait. Iris and Liz were patient with me and made sure my glasses were to my liking. I'm used to my lopsided face but others, not so much. So when I asked that my glasses be made higher on the left, they shared that the glasses appeared straight to them. But I'm the one wearing them all day so I want them to appear straight and be comfortable to me. So, Liz kindly made another adjustment and my glasses looked and felt right. I normally wear glasses, and haven't worn contact lenses for ~8 years but decided to get a prescription so I can wear non-prescription sunglasses during weekends at beach etc.
Was very easy to make an appointment and after seeing Dr Rozenberg found out that my current prescription was actually to strong, so went from
-4.25 to -3.5. Also recommended a brand of contacts that are a better fit for my larger than normal cornea.
The new prescription is definitely an improvement - because the night before

This is a long overdue update to my last review. Since reaching out to Ruth, 10/10 Optics has gone above and beyond to service their customers. Ruth reached out to me within days after I picked up my glasses and provided me w/ several options to fix my glasses so that I'd leave w/ a good experience.
This is my first encounter with a local business that really made an effort to not only reach out to their customers but to ensure that they would leave satisfied.

I had one of the best customer service experience at 10/10 optics. This place is truly a gem and I need to write a stellar review!
Finding new frames always gives me anxiety. My features are Asian, I have no nose bridge and I have a very wide face. Frames never fit me right, they rest on my cheeks, slide off my nose, and are so close to my eyes, it touches my lashes.
While searching the internet, I came upon a brand callled TC Charton which specializes in "Asian Fit" frames. I searched some more and came upon 10/10 optics who seem to be the only one in NYC carrying these frames.
