Do not buy from them! There warranties from Goodman are not valid. They do not buy their product from good man, they buy from a sub seller. Goodman ran the serial numbers on the product they sold me after telling me “call Goodman this is there issues now” after not wanting to refund me when I called the seller directly. They claim there item is “new” but the item sold to me had a bad compressor. They tried to say the installation was done wrong by my licensed epa tech. Bought the same unit but local and work great.
