They bring me in for an admin job when they have my resume and it clearly displays that I’m overqualified for the position. Why call me in for an interview? Her first question for me is, why do u want to work in the hvac industry? I should have said, because I like to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. What a joke of an interview. Whomever the woman was, she was so off base with her approach, her questions, her ‘advice’ on how to get a job, and overall demeanor. Definitely not HR.
