We needed to replace our ancient furnace and air conditioner, so the owner, Kevin Turner, gave us a very educational explanation (in layman's terms) so we could make an informed decision. Called and had an appointment for later in the day. Kevin called and said he could come much earlier. Got to the house and had the issues fixed within minutes. He also took the time to answer general questions I had. Friendly, knowledgable and prompt. Our family is thankful for his quick service in such hot temps. Each service request is answered promptly and scheduled same day! They were able to troubleshoot, diagnose, replace a sensor, test and have our heat up and running in less than an hour.
