I just moved out of my apartment on the west side and was recommended Manhattan Maids to clean my apartment before I left. They did such a great job I have began using them to clean my new apartment weekly. Very professional and they do great work.

Did well the first few times, but then brought in a new crew that did a terrible job. They rushed through leaving dirt, wet towels and one area untouched, a generally poor job in but charged more than agreed. In another apartment they left dirt, dust and mess for a new tenant. The proprietor, previously helpful, completely denied that this was so and told me we were mistaken, in spite of a detailed list of issues provided by the tenant. She did not offer to refund the extra money or return to clean again. She refused to offer any customer service and I will never use them again. Poor, poor, poor

I am no slob nor am I a clean freak. My apartment is generally orderly: somewhat prone to clutter, but easily purged of most outworn belongings when the time comes to throw them away. The Deep Clean is not my forte; I was never trained properly by my parents on how most safely and effectively to use all the various cleaning products readily available for sale at the supermarket. To clean my various apartments, I’ve felt comfortable using merely a vacuum cleaner, broom and one or two other cleaning products over the years. While I am a self-sufficient person and resist paying for too much help

Paid $400 a "deep clean", for a new apartment move in When I arrived home. Bathroom was still dirty, windows had visible caked on dirt, and my floors had footprints on them. I immediately contacted them and was told too bad we don't come back.I left my elderly mother in the apt so she could open the door for the cleaners and since she didn't tell them about the dirt before they left. That absolved them of any fault.. Apparently they took advantage of her age and didn't clean, knowing she wouldn't speak up. However the contract was with me not her. I DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. They lost a guaranteed

I needed to have an apartment deep cleaned in a short time frame and Manhattan Maid responded immediately to my needs. JP came the next day to evaluate and the apartment was cleaned the following day. Although the service was pricey, I am very happy with the results as well as the timeliness. 2 of the 3 workers sent seemed very experienced and JP was there in charge of the crew. He also promptly returned the following day to help me reinstall the refrigerator shelves a worker did not put back. Maggie has been pleasant and helpful with all phone interactions. Manhattan Maids provide the best cleaning service. They are superior! When you ask them to clean a certain way, they do the best job. The ladies take their time and always do a deep, thorough cleansing of EVERY room in the house. They are on time and sometimes arrive EXTRA early!!! Also, the ladies are very polite, friendly, funny and they speak Spanish

Ok, Maggie on the phone sounds lovely...that is the Pro. The Cons are they fail miserably to clean. Three people came allegedly for three hours (1 bedroom, 1 bath), and the bathroom floor and tiles, kitchen floor and counter looked untouched. This was the outcome after I complained three weeks ago. I took photographs and emailed them to Maggie. Be advised: do not permit autopay!

I have been using Manhattan Maid's on a weekly basis for the past two years and have nothing but great things to say! Maggie and Dafna are an absolute pleasure to work with. They've always been so helpful and accommodating. I was hesitant to have someone in my home unattended at first but I immediately felt comfortable after speaking with Maggie. The cleans are always thorough and they do an even better job than I would do (and I am a self-diagnosed neat freak!). There is nothing better than coming home to a spotless apartment at the end of the day. I definitely recommend Manhattan

I saw the pink truck on the street and gave them a call. The woman on the phone was a doll! I felt comfortable speaking with a human on the other line and as a small business owner-- human contact is a rare thing these days-- I was sold!
I requested a 3 hour 'deep clean'. I a contract via email...I never filled it out and nobody at Manhattan Maid questioned.
I took the day off of work to properly guide and witness the service-- I am skeptical of services vas a personal referral. My 3 hour 'deep clean' was 2 hours according to the maids-- even though my emailed confirmation

I had very low expectations for this cleaning service because it's a new business with no reviews but I took a chance bc of the low price, really still can't believe that my apt looks and smells so clean after a week and a half. I have 2 dogs and a cat so I know everyone knows how hard it is to keep an apt with animals clean. I'm now addicted to the smell that they use, will be using them once a month
