SGTC believes that each child is special and therefore we tailor each class to make sure every child is taught the elements and background for fun and safe tumbling. Be sure to stop by our "Schedule" link to find out times and classes that best fit with your child's needs. Every class at SoCal Gymnastics is focused on the value of teamwork and character building; and the belief that with a positive attitude, success is inevitable.
Our Level 3 program is our advanced intermediate class. Gymnasts must be evaluated for placement in level 3. In Level 3 students will build on the skills learned in level 2 and move towards power tumbling and more advance apparatus work. There will be focus on teaching back handsprings, front handsprings and walkovers, connection of skills and higher level of swinging movements on bars as well more advanced skills on beam and vault.
Our Level 4 class is for our more advanced students. Gymnasts must be evaluated for placement in level 4. In Level 4 students will build on the skills learned in level 3 and master more difficult power tumbling skills and more advance apparatus work. There will be more focus on connection of skills on all apparatus.
Hot Shots and Pre-Team are designed to train students for competitive gymnastics. The goal is to identify eager athletes ranging from, but not limited to ages 4-9 years old who are interested in becoming competitive gymnasts. To become a member of the Hot Shots or Pre-Team, a child must be enrolled in a gymnastics program and then the parent must request a tryout or be chosen by a team coach.
Gymnasts and cheerleaders in this class focus on learning beginner-to-advanced tumbling skills. Beginner tumblers work on forward and backward rolls, bridges, handstands, cartwheels and round offs. More advanced tumblers work on back walkovers, back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, and full twists.

I would recommend SoCal Gymnastics Training Center to any of my friends or family! My daughter is a student in the gymnastics program and my son is taking tumbling. I have been thoroughly impressed at how attentive and intentional they are about teaching each individual student. They focus on safety, form, stretching and personalized instruction. As a parent, all communicate with staff and owner have been be professional. I'd like to say THANK YOU 😊 to Angela Pires for Olympic quality training and clean/safe facility you have at SoCal Gymnastics!

Are you looking for a great gym? Look no further! This is our daughter's third year at the gym. She loves the coaches and friends. She trains every day and usually comes home with a huge smile on her face. That means a world to me. We came from another gym where it was more tears and frustration. When I asked her if she is happy at Socal she told me she wishes we switched earlier. Her results went up in a short time, placing top 3 in both state and regionals. That was the icing on the cake.
Whether you are looking for fun or competition this is the gym to be at.
The staff is professional. The

SoCal Gymnastics Review
My experience with SoCal has not been ideal. If you are looking for a nice, clean and safe gym to bring your child to have some fun, learn gymnastics, and get some exercise, i recommend looking elsewhere.
Safety at SoCal is my number one concern. My daughter was enrolled by her mother in this gym approx. 2 years ago. In that time my daughter has had multiple injuries, including both ankles sprained to the extent they will need to be permanently taped up, and even worse, a concussion requiring a CT scan. Th gym was completely unaware of the concussion and latest ankle sprain
