At TRC Gymnastics, we first opened our doors in the summer of 1992. We had two coaches, six girls that were committed to competing on our, soon to be competitive team. And at the time, we were thrilled to have just under 1,500 square feet to work in. Today, TRC Gymnastics operates in two facilities.
Our Solana Beach gym has about 9,500 square feet, and our Sorrento Valley location occupies more than 13,500. TRC was founded with a goal of educating children about their potential physical capabilities through the comprehensive motor-skill development, that is uniquely contained in the lessons of basic gymnastics.

A message to the management please remind participants to wear shoes before entering the gym!!! I see many children walking in from the cars across the blacktop with black feet so dirty they don't wash them and get right on the mat. also a message to the management to please install close caption monitors in the waiting room so that we can actually see our kids performing.
Thx

My kid just wrapped a week long Gymnastics camp at TRC. Their teachers are great and facilities are good as well. No doubt they can teach kids gymnastics and do a great job at that.
However, we won't be back anymore due to the absolute crap food they give the kids for "snacks" ... parents can feed their kids whatever they want, but we will choose to stay away from cookies, goldfish, sugar juices and ice cream during the middle of the day, the sugar crash and cravings post gymnastics aren't worth it.
Seriously hope they do some research into nutrition and make that up to

I had taken my 5-year-old daughter to TRC Solana Beach for over a year and she LOVED it! When she started kindergarten, the schedule became tight and traffic was tough. So, we tried TRC South as an alternative, as they always had openings and discounts. We joined thinking we would get a similar experience to Solana Beach's location. WE DID NOT. The space was large and open (I was hopeful), but the upstairs was dirty and there was a broken wooden spindle on a chair that served as a safety hazard. The woman managing the place was disorganized, distracted and clearly not invested the way the

If I could give zero I would! I have never come across a place SO unprofessional and rude!!! I had a private lesson set up with Ilea (through Laura who answers the phone). Ilea never contacted me. I called 5 times and was told she would be calling shortly. That never happened. A complete waste of time.

I brought my daughter here for privates with a fabulous coach Maureen. Maureen made such a profound difference in her life. She was incredibly positive and inspirational. Apparently when Maureen left, the owner took it upon himself to forbid communication with Maureen. I'm sorry but I can't vouch for a gym that engages in such childish and borderline abusive tactics.

LOVE the small class sizes & positive instruction. Preschool classes are all about having fun while learning the basics. Instructors are USGA certified and really know their stuff - VERY important especially for the older kids. Safety , technique and quality instruction are paramount for the upper levels. Excellent all around gym for ages 2-Adult. (I watched an adult class the other day and it looked AWESOME).

We have tried several gymanstics locations including the YMCA Ecke Gym and could not be more pleased with the service, staff and cleanliness of TRC in Solana Beach. They were organized, warm and welcoming as a gym should be when working with young kids.
Thank you TRC for your professional staff and warmth! My child cannot wait to go back and I feel so comfortable with the teacher. They worked hard, came out with rosey cheeks and had plenty of water breaks.
I highly recommend trying TRC...

I'm only reviewing their Preschool Open Gym. You'd never know there's a place like this in a business district, but it's not bad. It's $5 per child and $3 for crawlers for one hour to let your kid run around crazy in an enclosed area. The time there is mostly under your supervision, as they only have one staff overseeing things in the large 2-3,000 sq.ft. gym.
They have a bounce house, and some gym equipment to play with. Kids love the balance beams and inner tube thing. It's not bad if you want to get out of the rain/cold/heat. A couple of things they could
