Prior to Tom Joyce working on my work vehicle, it had been to 3 other top mechanics, including the dealership. It had been experiencing an electrical issue, which the previous 3 had thought they had conquered, only to find out quickly, they had not.

Perfect customer service!! Been dealing with car troubles for few months and taken it to two other shops and still hadn’t had the issue fixed. Came to Tom Joyce and they treated me with such kindness and made it a priority to fix my car that day. Walked out very ecstatic with a car that ran like new! I took my truck (2010 Silverado) in because the motor failed which is a known problem with this year truck. They were super busy but still got my truck done in a timely manner. They did not try to push any unnecessary sales on me and just fixed the issue. I got it back yesterday and it is riding as good as it was the day I bought it. This was my first experience here and will definitely use them in the future. Staff was friendly as well. Thanks Tom and everyone else that helped get my truck back running good.

I have been seeing Tom since at least 2004.
When I say there is NOT a better mechanic in Florida than Tom Joyce, I absolutely mean it.
He is honest & one of the most ungreedy humans on the mechanic world I have EVER come across.
He is patient. Fair with pricing and he never tries to milk you for money. He tries his absolute best to be the most reasonable he can be.
His front staff is wonderful, his workers are friendly.
Absolutely will always suggest him even if it means taking a longer drive to get to him. He not only has taken care of my vehicles but also my parents. 👏 👏

TOM'S reviews are what inspired me to go to them to do a few necessary repairs. Then I met him and a few of his staff. Each one was personable & HAPPY...a sign of a well run company. I want a place to depend on doing what needs to be done & charge fairly. The issue I thought was problematic was not actually the problem & he did NOT try to sell me something I did not need.
