I left this place aggravated multiple times and have continued to go back but have lost all my confidence in their ability or competency to diagnose, repair or communicate. I wouldn’t take my vehicle here for a free oil change. I give one star for answering the phone when I made the attempt. Absolute joke, not happy!

I do a lot of my own maintenance on my Vans... I have 4 Chrysler Town & Country minivans... their technician tried to play the, " I know exactly what I'm talking about " game... Not knowing that I have had the entire front end off of this van, took the very top end off and did the fuel injectors, motor mounts, radiator fans, radiator itself, inner and outer tie rods, manifold absolute pressure sensor also known as a MAP sensor ( that had to be the easiest repair ever... The map sensor is mounted on top of the intake manifold, with two 6 mm screws, and can be replaced in 5 minutes or less ) Exhaust

If there was 10 stars I still would give them 15. Bobby the owner was right on it even before he saw my car. I needed a compressor and he ordered one the day I called him. I dropped my car off the next day and the job was done by the day after because the part came in late that afternoon. And his prices are fair & honest.
I now have an awesome new mechanic for my car and also I highly recommend Ice cold air to anyone needing work on their vehicles. Thank you.

I found this shop by breaking down across the street from them over a year ago. They did a great job on my car, honest, fast, very reasonable, and their work so good I have been going back ever since. The guys there are all very friendly and explain everything they do before doing it. Just a great auto repair shop.
