Gregg's auto service is all inclusive.and Their electronic diagnostic tools are top quality as well as the service tech.The service is meticulously done and prompt.Gregg and Alan are very customer oriented and actually do a follow up on customer satisfaction.

I have been to Gregg's a few times for my car. Twice because my HUM device told me there was a problem with my alternator. Gregg's told me there was nothing wrong and two year later there still isn't. Recently I was run off the road and hit a concrete median going over it and ending up with an oil leak. Gregg's took care of the problem and were quite reasonable on prices I have been there a couple other times and always was given good service and no gouging. Very happy with their service.

Took my vehicle in for a complete check up, bought used. Was given an estimate for all work needed. Shop got the job done under budget and on time. Not many places do that anymore.

I believe Gregg is very knowledgeable but I do not trust him. I 100% KNOW he recommended expensive work that my car absolutely did not need. I will never go back. Initially, I gave two stars because I thought he was competent. Now only one star because after charging me close to $1,000 for a new fuel pump I learned he put it in incorrectly and it has to be re-installed. I had a very dangerous gas leak.
