This was my first visit to Dubwerx for my S5. The team was great to work with and provided great feedback to the condition of my car. As long as I live in Cincinnati, I will not take our 2 VWs anywhere else. Every time I interact with the Dubwerx staff they prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff inside and out, and are VW enthusiasts and really care about their work.
Recently I had an issue where my car wouldn't start. They went the extra mile to squeeze me in on short notice and got me back up and running within a day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The Dubwerx crew installed an aftermarket RS style grille on my Audi S4 and did a fantastic job. Looks great, no issues with the installation, really makes the S4 look much better... I also really love the loaner cars Dubwerx uses - solid older (presumably very well maintained by the Dubwerx experts) VWs that are really nice and fun to drive! Keep doing what you are doing guys (and gals)!!

Business is very clean, well organized and a very comfortable waiting area. Everyone was very professional and polite, very pleased that Corey, the owner, took time to follow up after their service to assure I was pleased with everything.
I had two specific requests I made as my vehicle was going in for service and I noted that both were written on the shop work order, instead of just verbally telling the technician. That assured my requests were noted.

Decided to give Dubwerx a try with my 2018 Audi S6, as I have heard very positive reviews from the Audi Forums, and had a first (and last) negative experience with the not-to-be-named local Audi dealer. Had a great first service visit at Dubwerx, and appreciate the courtesy from the greeter, technician and every employee to make my visit positive. Will definitely return in the future for maintenance, and have also started my Christmas list for APR “go fast” goodies!

2012 VW Touareg Sport V6 - 190,000+ miles I travel back and forth from Southern California every other month. I need my car to be reliable. I have a full shop at my home in So. Cal and do my own work there. While in Cincy, away from my tools, I TRUST no-one else except for Cory and the team at Dubwerx. I have been taking my cc to Dubwerx since the engine blew due to the timing chain tensioner defect. Since day one they have been nothing short of outstanding. They even helped me through the registration for the class action lawsuit to recover some of the cost of the engine. Also note that their quote for replacing the engine was thousands of dollars less than the crooks at VW Beachmont were trying to charge.
Special shout out to Evan, Adrian, Mark and Cory. They are patient, knowledgeable and put the customer first.

Friendly. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Reasonable rates (translation: lower than dealers). Pretty much everything you could ask for in an auto repair shop, and then some. We have 2 VWs and I go to Dubwerx for all scheduled maintenance and for repairs also. Great group of folks who go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of and treated well.

Guess I'd never go back to dealer again.
Dubwerx did great job on repairing my turbo actuator rod rattling. Saved great amount of $$ for me while dealer quote me $1600 to replace the whole turbocharger assembly(HOWEVER, the turbocharger itself is still in great condition). Dubwerx did it only for $87(parts).
Also, I did APR muffler delete as well.
Had to mention, Adrian and Evan are super friendly and knowledgeable. Good to meet them.
All in all, I plan to do some tuning and mod in the future here.

Excellent shop! Came here for a DSG service on my 2013 VW cc. Drop-off was convenient and they were significantly cheaper ($100 less) than the dealer. Staff was professional and got the car back on time (and cleaned to a shine!) I was a little hesitant to transition from going to the dealer under warranty to an independent shop, but I am definitely coming back for the next major service.

These guys are the best. Normally I do the majority of repairs and maintenance on my VW TDI Passat with 330,000 miles on it. After I had a no start situation and checking everything out possible without having the diagnostic computer for TDI's I had towed to Dubwerx.
I was impressed with their thorough diagnosis and willingness to fully determine cause of the problem without simply throwing parts in it until problem solved and trying to find the most economical solution.They did keep me informed during the whole process and I am confident they did a professional job repairing my Passat.

I live about an hour north in the Dayton suburbs with a couple of service shop options, but none that came too highly recommended. Then I found Dubwerx.
Even after working a long 12 hour night rotation, I showed up early to an appointment and was out the door in 3.5 hours for numerous maintenance.
I planned poorly, and was in the lobby for at least 2 hours and never felt like the annoying, hovering customer. I was offered a couple options for killing time and the staff were accommodating in all respects.
The cost of service was cheaper than the quote from one Audi dealer who took forever

I was driving to the airport to pick up family when I missed the exit so I got off at the nearest one to double back. I recently brought my aging Passat to Dubwerx to figure out a complicated & debilitating electrical problem. They were able to figure it out and fix it for a very reasonable cost. I will preface this review with the fact that I am not a mechanic, but I do like to perform basic maintenance on my car like oil changes, filter changes, and other small jobs. Whenever I need extensive work done I like taking my car to Dubwerx because I feel that they have competent mechanics and a friendly staff. They are more than happy to talk technical with me which I appreciate. I have worked with Evan for the most part and he has always been straightforward with his recommendations to a point that I don't feel he was overselling me on anything I didn't need. Excellent group of professionals who know their business. Nice to be able to have a conversation, receive feedback and workable solutions. I really like the way they take the time to explain the issue and have reasonable alternatives.
