How it works: We send an invoice via email/Quickbooks/Intuit to lock in your date with a partial payment due of 25%. Final amount due 7 days prior to event date.
We also offer food and wine pairings from our own curated wine cellars and we bring the stemware. We can customize any menu or choose dishes from any of our menus online. Schedule a menu consultation - let's work together. Tell us your favorites and we will take it from there. Platinum price includes: Artisan bread for the table, Porcelain China, flatware, linen napkins and crystal stemware service.

Chef Adair and his team created an amazing meal for our wedding! The team had good communication throughout the process and I felt at ease that everything would be handled properly. Chef created a menu that was outstanding from each of the 5 courses that we chose. Our guests were raving about the taste and the presentation of it all. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team for your next event.

Chef Adair and his assistant provided us with one of the most memorable evenings we have ever experienced. We travel all over the world and have had many good dinner and party experiences, but this event exceeded them all. The food was exceptional, and Chef Adair is a great person whom we were able to get to know while he prepared our private meal. We HIGHLY recommend him for your next event.

Chef Adair did an absolutely beautiful job catering the food for my June wedding at Hans Fahden. He has got wedding catering mastered! Everything was just perfect! And he made everything so easy, and was very accommodating and flexible, both about the menu as well as guests with dietary restrictions. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was gorgeous and the service and wait staff were incredibly professional. Chef Adair and the rest of his team did an amazing job working with us on an exciting menu and then adapting on the fly when both the ovens in our airbnb went down on the day of our private family event. He rose to the challenge and ended up cooking perfect filet mignon and salmon in an outdoor pizza oven with a wood-burning flame! This, paired with the amazing crab cake and wilted spinach caprese salad made for an AMAZING meal! Chef Adair made it fun and dynamic throughout which really added to the atmosphere of the evening.

We had Chef Adair cook a family dinner for my 3 adult children and their families. He did a 4 course meal, the food was wonderful plus he created a special atmosphere. We never get to all sit down at once and enjoy a meal together because we always are cooking, chasing kids and setting everything up. This experience was a rare, amazing experience for us. We would invite Chef Adair back!

We hired Chef Adair for one of the nights of our wellness retreat, and he (plus the rest of his team) was amazing ! He was so easygoing and accommodating with our group's specific dietary restrictions and made the whole planning process so much fun! He yet again impressed me on the night of our event - the food was incredible and he was so much fun to have around, interacting with the guests and enthusiastically explaining each course before it was served :) Thank you so much!!
