Services
Command Performance Catering began with humble roots. In 1986, our founder, Kirk Memoli, began cooking and setting up events singlehandedly, and brought on just a few employees in the beginning, some of whom still work with us. In 1993, Danny Margolis started working part time while attending school, but quickly realized that this is what he wanted to do full-time.

At Command Performance, we pride ourselves on our track record of delivering memorable corporate events with a sense of occasion, whether fun or formal-or a blend of both! Hartley Botanica provides over 3-acres of professionally landscaped grounds, and boasts a beautiful Southern California location designed specifically for garden weddings and receptions. Originally designed and landscaped as a parents' labor-of- love for their daughter's wedding, Paliuli has flourished into the tropical paradise you see today.

Absolutely amazing food service! So many people at our wedding said that before they even sat down for dinner, they would have been completely happy just getting full on the appetizers. We got the most compliments on the Marsala Mushroom Fettuccini, it was amazing! Their selection of vegan options was very impressive and they were extremely… compensating. Bree and her team were very patient and kind with all of our requests and all of the guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. They made it possible for us to have an awesome, magical evening surrounded by friends

Think twice before booking their services! We had our wedding cancelled due to Covid restrictions and these people stole our $1000 deposit and refuse to have any reasonable conversation on how we can get it… back. They keep pointing us back to our wedding venue, while the wedding venue keeps pointing us back at Command Performance Catering. To say we have been getting the runaround is an understatement.
The wedding venue (Hartley Botanica) has already been ordered by a judge to refund all deposits, due to impossibly of performance.

We had a wonderful experience with Command Performance Catering. They are the catering service used at our venue, Maravilla Gardens, and we can see why they choose to work with them. Robert was so friendly and easy to work with. They have a lot of options to choose from and we had a great time doing a tasting to come up with our menu. Everything was fresh and high quality. Our guests enjoyed and loved the food! Highly recommend this vendor :)

Pablo and Justin are so incredibly professional, patient, and courteous. I truly wish I could rate them, and their absolutely perfect service, higher! We were so lucky to have worked with them and their amazing… crew. Our wedding food was not only fantastic and EXTREMELY DELICIOUS, but EXACTLY what we wanted. Justin and Pablo get back to you in a timely manner and facilitate with any curveballs the day (or days leading up to the big day) throw at you. Absolutely incredible food, service and bartenders! Our guests could not stop raving about the food and dessert! The service for the bride & groom is exceptional, there is a dedicated server to just the two of… you, which makes the entire night incredible because they make sure you eat and drink! They thought of every last detail to ensure that your event went smoothly and nothing was forgotten! The entire staff were very professional and the presentation of the food is Instagram worthy! We were beyond happy with working with Command Catering and would highly recommend for any event

Command Performance catered our daughter's wedding at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley. The food was absolutely amazing, with guests constantly telling me how great the food was - one guest telling me it… was by far the best wedding food they had ever had. They were great to work with, and Tina, in particular was always so very nice, understanding and patient as I must have changed the count on her 3-4 times the week leading up to the wedding. She always responded cheerfully and told me not to worry. Tina and her staff are very professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat

Command Performance Catering catered our wedding at Gerry Ranch, and everything was incredible. The food, the service, my guests can't stop raving about how it was without a doubt the best catered food they've ever tasted. It was like eating at a 5 star restaurant. I'd recommend them in a heart beat.
