Lee's career in the building and real estate industry began when he was 15. During that summer he got his first "hands on" training framing houses. At 18, he entered the sales side of the business, becoming a real estate associate at 18 and an associate broker at 21. Then back to the building business at 23 as a licensed home builder.
A few years later he obtained commercial building licenses in both Georgia and South Carolina. Lee has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and an MBA. While working in the family construction firm which was focused mainly on custom homes, Lee saw an opportunity to help former and new clients with home additions and remodel projects.
