After 36 years in the construction industry and serving as vice president of a local construction firm, Roddy Attaway came to a crossroads in his career. He could either retire with countless successful projects and many great relationships under his belt, or he could take a risk and start his own company during an economically unstable time.

We have used Attaway Construction to build new and remodel several Zaxby's Restaurants in the Southeast. Attaway was fantastic to work with and always went above and beyond to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. Throughout the course of construction, Attaway employees displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality.
At the beginning of every project, Attaway Construction & Associates, LLC conducts a pre-planning session with the owner, architect and key personnel. Collectively we define specific project goals with consideration to scheduling, quality control, cost and safety. Attaway Construction & Associates Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) will assume responsibility for management of the project, while working closely with designated team members.
We truly value the relationships created with our subcontractors. We consider each one an important partner in our continued success. That's why we do our best to manage safe and well-organized projects that strictly adhere to schedules. Subcontractors prefer to work with us because there is predictability in trade scheduling, and they know they will be paid promptly.

This company is amazing. I called my Warranty company at 9am on a Monday and Attaway was at my house by 12:30pm the same day. The employee AJ was so courteous and professional. He fixed my problem within minutes and was able to explain to me what the problem was in a manner that I could understand well. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
