My husband and I have been living in our Keystone home for over a year now and we love it. We bought a home that was already completed and ready to move into quickly, which was perfect being that we needed to move on a quick timeline. Our neighborhood has tree-lined streets, sidewalks, the best neighbors and is located just off of 1-20 ,with an easy commute to my work in Augusta and to visit my family in Aiken! The things we love most about our home are: the yard size and landscaping (beautiful flower beds/plants), sprinklers and the HUGE master-bedroom and the garden tub in our master-bath! The

We purchased this house in November 2019. Everyone was so nice until there are many many many issues. These houses are just SLOPPED up/mass production. Very shoddy work, we had a roof leak, holes in the concrete driveway and patio slabs, wet baseboards installed I assume as they are all bubbly and not even plum along the whole edge. The painters were very sloppy and left white paint on dark colored hinges. the sprinklers water the street and driveway and fence. Submitting warranty issue requests only get attention when you call and rant about them 7 months after submission. and the office staff

Had a new home build. Overall process was straight forward and the provided a beautiful home for me and my family. I gave it a 4 star because of little things here and there that may or may not have been out of there control. this include but are not limited to didn't remove fixtures when painting ceiling, the sod laid doesn't cover the whole yard and the seed they lay is a different grass, didn't include all hardware for mounted lights in ceiling (they only put one bolt instead of 2), closing date was delayed.
As stated these are minor inconveniences, and they built the house sturdy, quick, and

From day one Keystone, made us felt that there was hope. When asking questions or having any concerns Brittany was there and made our journey easy. Steve was very understanding of our past experience, and ensure us that he will do whatever it takes to get us through the process. He laid out every step and walked us through everything. He made sure we were comfortable and confident with everything. If we also had questions he was quick to respond, even after hours and some weekends. To be honest we never felt alone throughout our entire build on your land process, while working with Keystone. I

To start, I like my home, it is my first home, and I will always cherish it. My home was built in 2017, and I didn’t see any issues, but once I started living in it, I noticed those things you don’t see the first month or so living there.
1. They leave nails, wood, lawn flags, and TONS of concrete all over the yard and HIDDEN in the garden beds.
2. They didn’t ensure the quarter round was properly installed, posing a hazard, and even exposing nails.
3. Open spaces in my LVT “boards”.
4. The sprinkler heads were installed at an angle.
5. There is left over pencil marks in my cabinets
