Our Project manager has been providing customers with quality home improvements and renovation services for over 35 years. The idea of a mobile clean out and junk removal company was birth from our customer's request, as they had a need to remove unwanted items from their home or for a loved one. Before starting their home improvement project, they found our prices to be competitive and our services to be personable, and caring for their needs.

Services
Some of our customers just want a basement cleanout; others have a specific project, such as old piano removal or a hot tub removal. Insurance claims for water and fire damage cleanouts; removing debris, repairs and renovations, and Board ups until the home can be repaired. Working compassionately with families to restore lives and homes.
Ken and his crew did an excellent job. He gave us the lowest price of the three companies we contacted. They were dealing with a very old, 3 story (including the attic) house that was not in good condition. We felt quite overwhelmed and thought the job would take much longer than it did. Ken was in constant communication with us, checking up to see if we wanted to keep or get rid of valuable items that turned up during the clean out process.

We hired DUMP TO THE DUMP to do the tile floor in our bathroom-laundry room through a referral through Home Depot. He came and checked everything out and even showed up early (if you're not early, you're late!) He gave us the best price. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He did the tile and baseboard and did an exceptional job! Made sure we were satisfied and addressed our concerns. If you have any tile, carpentry, clean out or other home remodeling needs, DUMP TO THE DUMP is the place to call and Ken is the man!

These guys were awesome! The gentlemen came in to paint a few rooms in my parent's house. First, they did an awesome job! Their place looks great. Clean work and thorough. They even secured the banister that was a bit unstable. Second, according to my mom, they were wonderful to have in the house. The house is small and to have work done can be quite the imposition. The crew was very friendly and helpful. My parents were so happy with the results and would definitely consider them for future projects.

Ken was a referral from my Public Adjuster. We volunteered to assist a
friend who was wheel chair bound after the transition of her husband. The single family home needed the house contents removed to storage or charity , garage junk dumped and yard/grounds waste removed.
Ken and his team did an awesome job. Ken looked for lost items and meticulously handled and packaged specialty items. Ken was professional and compassionate in his communication with the family.

My front porch posts & railings were in very bad shape, the wood was rotting and crumbling. Ken was so quick to respond to my request; coming out the same day! This year has been a rough one with materials in high demand but Ken kept me informed at every step along the way - from the initial quote, to the material order, through unfortunate delays/backorders out of everyone's control. But the new sturdy PVC not only looks beautiful, I know it will last for years to come! I would recommend Ken & Dump 2 the Dump, Inc. for reliability, responsiveness and overall quality for sure!

The CEO of the company always comes out and personally assessing and the customers requested job. He gave me personal, customized feedback to tailor my situation. Ken (CEO) performed a complete basement renovation for me with a bathroom creation from scratch. He was hands on, performing the majority of the work himself. His communication is top notch and he always showed up on time and only left when the work for the day was complete and satisfactory to both him and I. Dump 2 the Dump, Inc. was recommended by The Home Depot for Deck Installation. Project Manager Ken is extremely personable and takes his work seriously. He and his workers did a beautiful job installing my new deck, using Trex and vinyl railings. In addition, the company removed overgrown vines and replaced my property line fence. Ken was willing to work with me for payment, and always responded promptly to any questions I had.
