I’m glad I found victory junk removal to clean out my house and garage. They got back to me with a very reasonable estimate in no time, showed up right on time and did a freakin awesome job! I didn’t even have to be there while they were working. They sent me pictures once they were done for confirmation and made whole process of working with them so simple. Chris and his team recently cleaned out a four bedroom home which included a full basement and two car garage. There was a significant amount of junk/ furniture that needed to be cleared out, it was a huge job. I was so impressed with how he and his team approached this opportunity. From my first interaction and throughout the project he was always courteous and upbeat and responsive. When the clean out was complete the house was spotless ! I could not have been more satisfied! Great communication, always on time, and never have anything left to do once they are finished. They dont just take your junk! I called 9 junk removal companies to have a single wooden file cabinet removed from the first floor of my home. The primary motivator in hiring Victory was price. Their quote was $20-75 less than their competitors. However, I was impressed by Chris's professionalism. I had initially left a message for Victory, and Chris called me back within minutes. We arranged a date/time for pick-up, and it was only an hour-long window - not the 4-5 hours that a lot of vendors make you wait. I would definitely recommend using them. Chris has great customer service and is extremely professional. They came on time and exactly what they quoted us over the phone and through pics was exactly what i was charged. I did a home Reno and had lots of garbage and they got the job done in one hour which really shocked me. They are amazing. The kicker is they also cleaned up(raked and swept). My yard is so clean now. The pricing was amazing as well!!

If you are looking for a junk removal service, look no further. Chris is personable, easy to work with and his pricing was fair. He was prompt in responding to phone calls and showed up on time. We had him remove a mattress and four chairs from a storage facility. He and his assistant were so kind and helped us move another piece of furniture we want to keep into our car. I was really happy with the job that Chris and Marvin did. They arrived on time and cleared away everything while minimizing the mess. They cleaned up when they were done and also took a lot of small miscellaneous junk and garbage that I hadn't asked about when I got the estimate, but that didn't change the price they charged. I would be very happy if every business I dealt with operated the way Victory does.

Chris and his associate Chris went way above and beyond. I called at 10 am and they arrived to help me clean out an apartment by 1pm the same day. They were super professional and kind. They promised to donate whatever items they could to charitable organizations. Don't hesitate for a minute. They are truly the best in the business!
