The Antietam Woods Condo Association has developed this website to provide all owners and residents with a more efficient way of getting important information about the community. This information includes the condo rules/regulations, parking information, calendar of events, access to documents i.e.

Architectural Improvement Request, Bi-Laws, Parking Permit Request, etc., a means to send out messages and much more. The Board of Directors encourages everyone living in the community to sign up in order to stay in touch with what is going on. The Board also recommends checking the website monthly to see any changes to, or important announcements regarding Association policy.
Services
Although much of the information on the website is of most use to homeowners, there is a lot of information that all residents should be aware of (such as current rules/regulations, parking information, board meeting dates/times, and special announcements, etc).

As the Association builds a database of all resident/homeowner contact information, the Board will begin using that information via email to make announcements for everyone living within the community. To gain access to the full site you must sign up! As a registered homeowner you will have access to all of the information on the website as well as your account information.
Contact Prince William County Service Authority for water emergencies such as outside broken lines. In case of a water-related emergency, call 703-335-7982 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you smell gas, get away from the house and call 911 and Washington Gas at 703-750-1400 or toll free 1-800-752-7520.
No more than two common household pets per unit are allowed in Antietam Woods Condominium. This excludes caged birds and those maintained in an aquarium or terrarium. A pet owner is responsible for ensuring that his/her pet is not a danger or nuisance to other residents. This means that dogs must be leashed and under control when in common areas.
The Association's trash contractor is American Disposal, and they can be reached at 703-368-0500. All trash receptacles must be kept out of sight and stored in an enclosed location. Trash and recyclables shall only be placed out for collection after dusk the night before collection day. All receptacles must be removed from view promptly the day of collection.

Our association has been with Aperion for three years. Aperion’s staff brings greater efficiency to our board meetings and is immediately responsive to development problems or needs. We are particularly appreciative of the time and effort put forth by our Community Manager to provide excellent communication with our board and diligent oversight in the various areas of association management, regardless of the unending challenges of the pandemic. We are appreciative of Aperion’s quality of service and commitment to providing professional and experienced guidance to our association, including

I have had the opportunity to work with Aperion Management Group over the last 2 years as the VP of our HOA. They have been very positive and responsive even during the pandemic when staffing has been challenging and in-person meetings weren't an option. Staff members have been friendly, professional and helpful. This last year and a half has been incredibly stressful for everyone, which often comes out as attacks on those who are providing needed services. It is very difficult to find homeowners in our communities willing to step up and join the HOA Boards, to work alongside our Property Management

Aperion has been managing our HOA for the past 3 years. Our association bd has found Aperion management and it's employees to be professional and competent. They provide invaluable input to the board and has set the association on good financial footing. I recommend them to other HOAs.

Our HOA is trash.
I hope others continue to come forward from our community and elsewhere Aperion’s time is numbered. Neighbors are getting out their pitchforks and torches lol. Aperion’s customer service is awful. Don’t believe the positive reviews, their GMB is loaded with inauthenticity. No one can stand working with Aperion. They do not respond to complaints but instead belittle you. Nothing is ever their fault but I tell you, everyone here in Mirada is dying to see some humility.
Most unprofessional management company in Bend.

Our HOA hired Aperion last year. There is no comparison in the level of value we're getting for our HOA fees with true professional HOA expertise. We had made the transition from developer-run HOA to member-run HOA and realized the expertise and time requirements would be best handled with professional help. We interviewed three different companies and Aperion was the unanimous winner. We're now on track with reserve studies, solid documentation, deep reach for hard-to-get vendors, and objective people managing community issues and violations. More members have been willing to volunteer for committees

I have had interactions with the staff at Aperion the last year and a half. Both on a personal homeowner level and at the community level. I have experienced nothing but exceptional communication and professionalism. These people work tirelessly to make our communities a better place for all of us. Do not believe a bad review of this company from anyone who cannot take responsibility for their own choices, choosing to live in developments with HOA's. We should not be entitled because we pay our dues, we need to take ownership of our homes, not pass the buck. Let's help our neighbors, play a positive

I am an owner of a triplex in a Redmond, Oregon complex of residential rentals, it's a planned community, held together as an HOA called Hayden Square . I am also a board member of that HOA. There are 25 buildings of 3 units each, a total of 75 homes. My wife and I own one of the buildings.
The HOA suffered at the hands of two other property management companies until we learned about and then turned to Aperion Management. Aperion does their job above my expectations. They handle the detailed business of the complex, as well as advise the owners of the buildings conditions, and suggest how the
