Our pet-friendly community residents enjoy many amenities at Carlyle Towers Condominiums including two state of the art exercise facilities complete with multiple treadmills, free weights, nautilus system, and much more! A hot tub, swim in place, and Jacuzzi pools are also available, as well as a his and hers sauna room.
The Carlyle Towers Condominium Unit Owners Association (CTCUOA) has responsibility for its common elements as well as the management and operation of the association's business affairs. The CTCUOA Board of Directors carries out these duties and responsibilities in accordance with standards established by our governing documents.

Great place to live.
Pluses:
• Courteous and helpful staff
• 10 min walk to 2 METRO stations, AMTRAK, and Old Town free trolley
• Restaurants and shopping
• Garage parking
• Two gyms with sauna, shower and locker rooms.
• Two pools: one out-door and one in-door (Endless brand)
• Great floor plans and a sunroom balcony with floor to ceiling windows
• Well managed – friendly and respectful.
• Great communications with residents
• Dog park and a tennis court
• Moderate condo fees
• Clean and bug free (haven’t seen any evidence of pests since we purchased 4

Horrible place to find yourself tied down with a mortgage. Buyer beware. While most residents are respectful that this is your home, other residents here are notoriously controlling and actively find ways to alienate you from what you may believe is a co-habitable living space. Several staff members are exceedingly rude and speak aggressively to the residents, which is a shame because the majority are elderly retirees. On more than one occasion I've experienced their open and public rudeness to myself and other residents. Help yourself to a condo or apartment here if you'd like to feel like the
