Literally the worst branch I have ever visited! The staff here are rude and have no respect for their customers. I’m not sure if it’s just laziness or what but they are very unhelpful.

Have you ever had an experience dealing with "professionals" who exhibit such incompetence and lack of caring that you literally thought it had to be a prank or bad joke someone was playing on you? And you're just waiting for one of your annoying friends to pop out and yell "gotcha"? That is what it is like dealing with Navy Federal.

Reception was very aggressively in my face telling me that I needed to wait to be seen. Repeatedly telling me it was going to be a few more minutes, every few minutes. All while letting other people be seen by representative that arrived after I did.

I really feel like a few of the tellers need to be Retrained. ASAP or should do something else that they would like to do.

Branch manager D. Hunter waited until I left to escalate a false complaint and have me banned from the premises after I didn't give her the show she wanted while i was there. If I was so disgruntle during my visit to the branch why was I not escorted off the premises at the exact moment I was there?

Worst branch you can go to. I would rather go an hour out of my way to go to a different branch. Was here at 12:40 waiting and they wouldnt let me in even though they close at 1. Worst branch. Dont waste your time.

I've been with Navy fed for more than 10 years. Recently they changed the policy for checks deposited in branch to a 2 day business hold. When trying to speak to a manager about this and my financial situation due to being out of work for a month I was unable to, I left my information and requested a phone call to not receive one. I went back to this branch to try again only to be rudely spoken to and treated with a lot of disrespect from the lady at the front desk. Upon the manager coming to see me instead of hearing my situation and taking me inside to speak with him privately he was only willing

I don't know how everyone feels, but this branch is the worse. This branch was the reason I moved all my funds to USAA about 5 years ago. I tried visiting this branch once more yesterday, nothing change....still the worse comparing to other branches!!!

I love banking with navy federal however this branch is by far the worst one I’ve ever used. There system & atms are always malfunctioning which is very frustrating being that I live 20 mins away! Usually the staff is pleasant but the lady that I spoke with today was just awful. Wish I had gotten her name! This branch gives Navy Federal a bad name, by far the worst branch I’ve ever banked with!

I couldn't have asked for a better branch manager to work with than David Acosta! He handled my fraud case so professionally and ensured me he will take care of everything. it was such a delight working with him. Navy Federal hired the RIGHT person for that job!

Switch banks immediately! navy federal hires unprofessional employees that illegally share your personal financial information with people in the community.
after filing a complaint, they did nothing and they allow this employee to continue to work there.

no one should have to experience this invasion of privacy. this is a federal crime. i suppose navy federal doesn't think there will be repercussions, well think again. because i will seek justice in so many different ways, the first way is to tell the world 100,000 times over until they do the right thing and terminate this individual.
