This company is lack customer service and communication. They change up pricing and amounts regularly. Several calls to them turned out to be them threating me with the full bail when I questioned them regarding the changing in the pricing. They have ads listed in their jails, and not recommend to use. Several other agencies spoke of their practices be unscrupulous. I would not work with them at all.

They take the money but don't call if there is a problem and they tell me different things Everytime I call about my refund I get the run around. They don't follow through with what they say and they come up with excuses . They say one thing on the phone and something else when you go in and they don't follow through with their word. They broke contract and didn't even bother informing me.

I have people being me and identity theft going on and since they found out I was not the co signer, they would be liable for letting someone get away with that, and put me responsible for the 87% ,and they can't even have the decency to call me back.I am filing a civil case and going to majistrate in Cobb so within 7-10 business days the owner of James bonds will be made to pay me for wrongful aiding criminals to get out on my name and I don't want anyone out free being a criminal and creating more victims.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
This is the MOST unprofessional bonding place I have ever worked with . On thanksgiving we paid the bond at 9 something in the morning and the man that was working decided he was going to wait until his shift ended to send the bond out . I’m literally missing family dinners because he ain want to do his job . Soo unprofessional

It was hard to find the place, look for a big mailbox with their name on it and not the street sign , but they do have good customer service , both the lady I spoke to and the gentleman that went to do the bond. I appreciated how quick the paperwork went, he even explained about how long it would take and why before my 'inmate' would be released. He was professional and knowledgeable.
