For four generations, the Albert family has supplied our customers with original recipe, hearth baked bread and rolls. The traditional crusty breads are the same as they were back in 1941 with a work force of five. Nearly 70 years later, brothers Joe and Brad, still use the original recipes. With today's increasing health risks, we are proud to be one of the few bakers left using all natural, no preservatives and low-sodium products.

Consistently the very best Italian (Sicilian) breads this side of Palermo. The small, sliced Italian loaf was a staple in our kitchen when we lived in the Reading area. The hard rolls are simply the best, from the slightly crispy crust to the chewy inside. The kind of experience that stimulates your senses: beautiful color, al dente consistency, THE FRAGRANCE and, of course, the delicious taste (they don’t make a lot of noise, so they did not score high on sound...).
