At Saint Peter's Bakery we take great pride in the bread we produce using sourdough starter dating back over 100 years. Using French steam injected ovens, we bake a variety of fresh bread daily sure to suit your preference! Stepping back to the roots of baking and cooking, we use traditional old world recipes, combining the highest quality ingredients with refined skills to provide you with an unforgettable experience.
No matter what meal you may wish to enjoy with us, we provide each of them weekly. Allow us to host you for breakfast or lunch daily, pizza and live music on Fridays, or brunch on Sundays!

Saint Peter's Bakery is an artisan bakery and cafe specializing in traditional French and Italian styles while providing a warm atmosphere you could call home. Every one of our items is handmade on site by skilled bakers and pastry chefs. Located in historic Saint Peter's Village, the bakery now resides in the same building that baked bread and provided comforts to the miners of the town and surrounding area over 100 years ago.
Great bakery that turns into a music venue and pizza BYOB on Friday nights. Stop in for a treat after hiking the nearby trails, and come by for gourmet pizza and music to relax. We had pizza dinner there last night and in addition to the food being excellent, the atmosphere and the music were incredible.
At Saint Peter's Bakery, we pride ourselves as a one of a kind bakery providing visitors with fresh artisan bread, pastries, and other delectable treats. We reside in the very building that once baked bread for the miners of Chester County and their families alike over 100 years ago.
While the bread ovens have been upgraded from the original brick-lined ovens in the basement to modern french made steam injection ovens, the techniques and methods of producing the finest artisan bread have changed very little. As a small independent bakery, we produce our artisan bread by hand with skills and craftsmanship that only comes through the shared experiences of our staff members.

Atmosphere is lovely.
Walked into the beautifully decorated shop.
Yet, every table was still closed. And was told to wear a mask. We ordered our coffee and they didn’t have any of the specialty’s that were on their menu. We got regular coffee and sat in the beautiful scenery. The coffee was awful. Will not go back for coffee.
Bakery items are delicious- a bit expensive.

Stayed a night at the "hotel" next door and was told this was the "breakfast' place. I guess over 8 dollars for 2 coffees (that you can't drink there to enjoy the view) is because you're paying for the view you can't enjoy? Heads up, eating next door at restaurant? No masks or social distancing. Bakery? Masks and no eating or drinking. Not impressed with menu.

Food service was a bit slow, which may be due to pandemic staffing shortages, but the food and drinks were phenomenal. Loved the Calabria sandwich and soy chai latte I got. The lemonade is also very tasty. Also loved the apple walnut raisin bread. Prices are a bit high, but the quality is so worth it. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area.
