This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Winnie offered her professional opinion of my condition and a treatment plan. She was very confident and took her time to answer all of my questions. Insurance coverage was explained clearly.

After hearing great things about Dr. Nguyen, I decided to go get a cleaning and try this office out for myself. I wish I could give this office 10 stars; if I could, I would! As a person who has a slight fear when it comes to the dentist (past traumas from a child) I am always nervous about pain and the way I am going to be treated. Literally from when I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and care! Dr. Nguyen was awesome! She was very thorough and informative as she gave me a full review on the health of my teeth and gums. She also has a the most brilliant and caring staff! Seriously adored

And the Best Dentist Award goes to ( drum roll please) Ridge Commons Family Dentistry! Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant was extremly nice and professional. The dentist took her time to explain all options and recommedations to help keep my daughter and my teeth healthy. I cant wait to come back in 6mnths for anoyher cleaning. Absolutely. Amazing. Customer. Service. Dr Winnie is such an adorable person. I am always anxious going to the dentist but they are just so sweet they chased my anxiety away. They went over my cost BEFORE I decide to do anything and spent time to go over my treatment. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a forever dentist. If I could give them 10 stars, I sure would!! Minnie, Dr. Jen and Sindu are the absolute best! They were very friendly and informative. Dr. Jen made me feel so comfortable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I went in for a cleaning and for a major concern on one of my molars that had been bothering me for a while now. I also wanted more information on switching my silver fillings to ones that would match my teeth instead. Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Winnie is so personable with a great personality! She pulls up your images on a big screen, explains/shows everything to you & helps you figure out the best way to proceed. Dental assistant was extremely kind & you can also watch Netflix while getting worked on. As long as I’m in Texas, they will have my business! 12/10 recommend!

Ridge Commons Family Dentistry provides a very personable experience that is oriented towards the needs of the patient. Today was my first visit, and it was unlike any other dental office I have been to. Not only is Dr. Nguyen a qualified and skilled dentist, she speaks to her patients with compassion and understanding. She thoroughly explained the… treatment plan, her reasoning for the procedure, and was happy to answer any questions. Like most people, I do not have much knowledge about the science behind dentistry, so I really appreciated her patience.

I chose this office for my niece to get a cleaning. They accommodated our schedule and were friendly and professional. My niece has an aversion to x-rays because typically she gags when they’re done but the hygienist and Dr Nguyen worked together to make sure this didn’t happen, and it didn’t for the first time. They gave us a good treatment plan… with the associated cost and made things work for our budget. It’s also the first time I’ve been to a dentist office and didn’t freeze while there.
