I visited the AutoClinic360 repair shop about a year ago and met Ruby. Ruby was very accommodating, very friendly, he paid attention to what I was asking him to do with my car. Fast forward, to last week. Because I committed to AutoClinic360 as my repair shop, they always treated me, more, like a friend, than a customer. So last week, I needed a repair. This company has real, true customer service. The prices are fair and the service is exceptional. They have rescued me from the side of the road more than once! Ruby and his team are fantastic. Ruby and his team are the gold standard. I came in because my car didn't start and might need a starter replacement. I pushed to have it replaced but he advised it might just need a new oil gasket and turns out he was right. He saved me money by being honest and professional. People are usually hesitant to visit a mechanic, but fear not with Auto Clinic 360. Ruby, truly went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep repairs. This man treated us like family, and was quick to answer any questions we had. My car was fixed and rolling like new in 1 day. Great service! I went in thinking I needed new brake pads but turned out everything was fine. They drove with me in the car and even showed me the pads on my car, explaining they were in great shape. They could have said I needed them replaced and I would have believed them,but instead they were super honest! Much appreciated.

I can't believe how lucky I was to find this auto shop. I brought in my Nissan Xterra on Wednesday and they ran a diagnostic for FREE and identified the issue and were able to begin work on my car immediately. (Three other garages that I had called wanted about $100 to do a diagnostic and none of the $100 would be applied to repairs.)

My check engine light came on and I took my car to the place I get my oil changed. They inflated the price and told me other things that needed fixing.
I called Auto Clinic and Ruby gave me a quote on the phone than was very fair for parts and labor. After inspecting my car, they determined the problem wasn't as bad as my oil shop had scared me into thinking.
I really appreciate that they are honest and trustworthy. Ruby even gave me a ride home so I wasn't stuck waiting.

I love this place. They have taken great care of both of my vehicles. I live in the area and Ruby, the owner, will give me a ride home whenever I have to leave my car for repairs. Then he'll have me picked up when the repairs are complete.

Friendly, kind and honest service! We took our car in; after they ran free diagnostics on it, they broke down the cost of each repair for us. Given the age of our car, they told us we were better off selling it as-is and gave us some advice on how to sell it (and how to deal with the folks who sold us the POS in the first place). So they did give us bad news, but they treated us with empathy and kindness even though they wouldn't be making any money off of us. We will definitely go back if we need any repairs in the future.

An amazing gift to the community as the transportation back to my home and then to pick me up when my car was done was a valuable part of the service they offered! Just picked up my vehicle from its first service here. Bill was awesome. He talked me through all the repairs and even offered to show me all the broken pieces to build trust.
