If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships. You're absolutely right they are but ask yourself what do you get from a typical gym membership?. You pay to use the equipment and in the case of some oversubscribed gyms you may need to wait your turn for that!
No, unlike bodybuilders, who train in a more isolated, specific way, we train using functional movements. That is, movements that your body was designed to do. CrossFit is the most effective way to build strength, burn fat, and increase cardio capacity. Every workout is designed to be challenging whilst also being scalable to your own personal ability.
