CrossFit saved is an awesome gym ! They have a great coaching staff lead by the owner Jonathon.
I started with no previous experience - it was challenging and sometimes awkward in the beginning. I now love it.
I have seen major results from weight loss , physique and performance.
Going hiking and doing physical activities prior to staring till now are day and night differences .
They have multiple classes throughout the day Wich is great Becuase my schedule is often different so it allows me the divers ability to make it in for training.

Jen became a coach and i over heard her always speaking poorly about other members. It’s sad other members listen to her comments and don’t say anything . She’s a coach who should be setting an example and own up to it not play a part and put other members down as they are trying their best or hardest smh I hope John resolves this quick .

I have been meaning to write a review of the gym for while now. I started coming here two years ago and it has been a great experience. Jonathan does an excellent job of programming and they really tailor the workouts for people of different skill levels. Keeping you fit and free from injury are big priorities. I also have to say that the nutritional counseling has been a real boon for me and I think is a key component to succeeding. Since I have been doing nutrition, my workouts have gotten so much better, I have lost 45 pounds and I feel incredible.

This gym is the most welcoming CrossFit gym ever. The staff is amazing. Jonathan cares about his clients and knows how to coach! Everyone gets the attention they need and encourages his clients to be the best version of themselves. Not to mention, his nutrition advising is life changing and if you are looking to change your ways he is the one to go to. His wife also helps with nutrition coaching as well. Conner and Morgan are the other coaches there and they are just as helpful as Jonathan! I love this gym and highly recommend going there!

I have been doing CrossFit on and off for around 7 years. I have been to multiple gyms throughout those years due to moving around a bit from Torrance, Glendale, Korea-town and now La Habra. I have been to all sorts of CrossFit, big ones, to medium size locations to box size location. I can tell you first hand it's not the size of the gym that matters, it's all about the instructor! I tried out Bear Flag and La Habra CrossFit as a trial gym and decided not to go with them. I worked out with Jonathan at CrossFit saved for 2-3 days and I was hooked. This is a quality gym. I had been doing Crossfit on my own for a little bit, but my health and ability to do more complex movements improved drastically within 5 months of being here. Jonathan, the owner, is very helpful and attentive during class. His wife runs their meal prep service. All in all, things are done very well at this gym. The community, coaching and consistency are great here. The classes warm you up, work you out and then you stretch as you finish. There are also locker rooms available, which is perfect because I go to work right after. I couldn't ask for more.

When I first began doing CrossFit in January, I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. My weight, obviously affecting my physical health, also affected my mental wellness and motivational drive.
Fortunately for me, my first few weeks were during a challenge which was a great place to start my transformation. Not only did I begin to shred some weight off immediately through proper eating habits and exercise, but also it sparked inspiration to improve myself, and sought to constantly push my boundaries. None of this would be possible without John's guidance and support from the CrossFit

My entire life I have always been the skinny girl. I never pushed myself physically and, as ironic as it may seem, I always hoped and wished I could look differently. When I started at CrossFit Saved two years ago, I was embarrassed about how thin my body was and actually got nervous working out in front of others. But it takes one class to fall in love with the atmosphere, to be in a room of people clapping and cheering every last rep. Every class large or small is filled with a vibrant positive energy. I joined CrossFit Saved family a little over a year and a half ago. Prior to this I would go to 24 Hour Fitness and do what most girls do there, go on the treadmill or elliptical and then leave. I never really knew what to do at the gym on my own. After joining CrossFit Saved I soon realized I never had to worry about that again because all of the workouts were already planned out.I started off working out 6 days a week and have not slowed down since. I have gotten more fit, stronger, and increased my flexibility. This is all evident my ability to getting personal records in all of these areas

My husband and I joined Crossfit Saved without any prior experience with crossfit training but we were eager to find a supportive place to learn and grow. We have two children 14 &17 who we wanted to help become comfortable in their own skin, grounded in real accomplishments, and passionate about their health. John welcomed our family with open arms! He has provided a place where we could safely develop our strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. He has worked with each of us to set and achieve our goals. Crossfit saved has changed my body, attitude, and life! Jonathan (owner) is so encouraging and he really gets to know the members of his gym and their capabilities. Not only does crossfit saved give you a great workout, they also give you tips and coaching on how to improve your diet to give you the results you want! I love being apart of this gym!

I have had gym membership, a personal trainer, and am now doing Crossfit boot camp and I love it more than anything!
The energy that Crossfit saved has is intense, although I am encourage to reach beyond our own mental/ physical motivation, there is always someone there to reinforce my capabilities to exceed average.
And it doesn't stop at the gym, Jonathan takes the time to email and post so much positive feedback. Him and his staff are very knowledgeable in nutrition, stretches and workouts. I am extremely happy with my results this far into the boot camp and I can't wait to see

I'm so thankful I found out about crossfit saved. Not only am I seeing results, I am also excited to attend sessions knowing how challenging they will be. It's a fun environment mixed with a lot of hard work and intensity. I highly recommend attending the boot camp & following the regimen the trainers give! You WILL see results & you will want to keep coming back for more!

I've really enjoyed the atmosphere over at Crossfit Saved. The coach really explains health and fitness in a way that is easy to understand and he makes it seem achievable. He's been working on my knees, which would cave in too much when I would squat, and I can see huge improvements in my posture and my feet! I have flat feet and my knees caving in when I squat, walk, jump or even dance doesn't help with my arch. Since we've started working on correcting my knees I could see a difference in the flatness of my foot. The journal they offer us at CrossFit Saved is amazing. It

Facility is very well kept and clean. John (coach/owner) is very friendly and encouraging in helping members reach their goals. Workouts are fun and everyone is friendly & supportive. There are also showers/locker rooms available not often found at other crossfit gyms. So convenient!!! Definitely recommend this gym to others

Crossfit Saved is a great facility and John Palmer is incredible! He helped me accomplish my goals and made it fun at the same time. Working out is just a piece to the puzzle.
