It is located right on the beach of LBI and steps away from the center of Beach Haven.
The large oceanfront building consists of 2 story 2 bedroom units and single level 3 bedrooms. All residences have oceanfront decks and views.
The smaller building is 2 story / 2 residence. It is one off the beach.
The property has a lifeguarded pool and parking lot.
Some of the owners rent their residences using local realtors and services such as VRBO, HomeAway and VRLBI
