I highly recommend Warner Home Inspections. Don is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. As a 1st time home buyer I had many questions and Don had answers. He provided a thorough explanation and showed physical evidence of concerns that needed to be addressed based on the home inspection. Wow!! What a thorough and professional job Don did. This wasn’t my first time using a home inspection company and I am so glad I used Warner Home Inspection. Don really took the time to explain things as he went along and pointed things out that I would normally not pay attention to. His attention to detail was impeccable. I had the report back the next day as promised. The report was clear and concise and easy to understand ( all 42+ Pages). I highly recommend Warner Home Inspection. You will not regret it! Don was great! As a first time home owner I had no idea how the process worked and had a ton of questions. Don began the inspection by giving me a layout of the inspection and answered every question I had. He was extremely thorough and really took his time. I highly recommend Warner Home Inspections. Don performed an inspection on a house my husband and I are purchasing and he was friendly, professional and thorough from start to finish. He let me know ahead of time how he would be conducting the inspection and then stopped at various points to explain what he was seeing, the level of concern and often gave some suggestions for addressing the issue. I did not feel that he rushed through the job. In addition, he sent me the full, clear report by the next morning. I’m glad that my realtor recommended Don; I would do the same!

I chose Warner Home Inspections based on the great reviews. I definitely made the right choice. Don is a one man show and very professional yet personable. Before meeting for the inspection we exchanged several emails. He arrived prepared and was not at all rushed.
