I am a single mom, buying my first house on my own. Steve came highly recommended to me by my realtor and he did not disappoint. He was punctual, professional, respectful, and, due to his vast knowledge and expertise, was very thorough with his inspection. He took the time to show me everything, explain to me what he saw, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. His final report was sent to me the same day, was easy to understand and was comprehensive. He also made himself available should I have questions in the future. SLT Home Inspections provides exceptional value for your money. I have purchased 2 other homes in my lifetime and have NEVER had anyone so thorough and thoughtful! Steve is easy to work with and cares about the property with you. I have listed this as "Pre-Listing Inspection" but this is actually an inspection prior to purchasing a property. I have confidence in his report. He also performed a Radon test for us.

Steve is very knowledgeable about his profession. On the day of the inspection, he was early for the appointment and very thorough about everything he was inspecting. Very comfortable about the way he performed the job. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the process of buying a home and needs an inspector to inspect their home. Very pleased.👌👍

To say that Steve did a great job would be an understatement. He showed up early, went over the process of the inspection with myself and my family member that is buying my aunt's house. He was very thorough, answered our many questions, and showed us what he found inside and out. He explained things to all of us and showed my family member how to fix things, what circuit breaker when with what. He took his time, didn't rush through, and was very easy to work with. Steve went to extra mile to find us information in regards to a question that we had, and included that on the home inspection report

We highly recommend SLT Home Inspections. Steve is very thorough and took his time to explain everything to us in detail and was very honest. He communicated with us the whole time and we got a verbal report after each "area" he inspected, and an email report that evening by 6:00 (he finished at 1:30)!

I highly recommend Steve Tracy as your home inspector. Steve was very thorough and will walk you through the whole house and will show you every deficiency. He will also educate you and answer your questions while providing an estimated cost of repairs. I find this important if you’re buying a home ready to move in or a fixer upper. It’s nice to know what you’re going to have to budget for as Steve’s report will be detailed and accurate. I also want to note that even if items (water heater, furnace, roof, structure, ect..) have reached their aged he will look into every detail and give

Steve came very highly recommended from my parents (and they are picky!). This is our first home and of course we were nervous. Steve was so friendly and really knows how to communicate to people who have no idea about houses. He is also VERY thorough. My husband even joked "I would hate to try to sell a house to this man, nothing gets past him!". I definitely recommend him.
