We recently moved to Waunakee and needed a new mechanic. I chose Precision Automotive for an oil change based on others' reviews and it being close to our new home. The reviews are spot on - Chris and his team were all very nice and professional and could get me in next day for service. They communicated regarding extra repairs on top of my oil change, and provided me an exact total cost over the phone. The lifetime warranty on my brake pads was a nice bonus! I'm so glad we have such a professional and friendly auto shop nearby and will be taking both our cars here for service indefinitely!

Got a flat on Saturday and was able to drop off my Escape here on Sunday night, Chris was able to get me 2 new tires and then found out my brakes were shot. He kept me informed on what was going on throughout the day and had the new tires put on and brakes in Monday by 3:00. I highly recommend and would go back again

If you're looking for a great shop with a genuine, down-to-earth owner, this is the place to go. A lifter in my 2013 Chevy Camaro locked up, so going into this I knew it was going to be expensive. I decided to get quotes from multiple mechanic shops, and this shop gave me a quote roughly $3000 less than any other shop for the exact same work. It took about a week for the work to get done, and my car now runs better than ever. Chris is an awesome guy who seems to be building his shop through trustworthy prices and quality work. If I ever need anything done with my car again, I am taking it here

Chris is amazing! He got my car in the same day I called, told me what my car needed and how long it was going to take upfront, updated me throughout the process and even called afterwards to make sure everything was running good. Chris was AMAZING!!!! I have used a mechanic for years and have felt my old mechanic was starting to take advantage of me always using him. I called Chris with a few of my concerns and with a major problem I had with my drive train, I had my Explorer towed to his place and he looked it over top to bottom and, unfortunately found more wrong with it than I thought. I ended up buying a new vehicle because of how much was wrong with my old one. Not only did he not charge me for looking over my first car, he then took the time to look over the new car I bought and gave me his thoughts. Very easy to
