I have had the opportunity to train in the field for the better half of a decade, gaining valuable experience and knowledge. With every job I learned the ways of the industry and acquired equipment to service everything from a Geo Metro to a Porsche Cayenne. I was missing something though, whether it was the interaction with customers or a positive atmosphere, I needed more; so I decided to establish On the Spot Auto in January of 2013.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced at On The Spot Auto for a few years now. They have always been up front and honest with me. I had my F150 in there and I would have had a several hundred dollar repair but Alex informed me that the frame was rusted through. They could have just repaired what I wanted them to and made some money but they were up front and honest with me and told me to not waste the money and time for a new vehicle. I took their advice and they have done all maintenance and repairs on my vehicle as well as my wifes ride. They are a top notch repair facility and I will not

I have literally spent thousands of my hard earned dollars at this shop over the past 3 or so years. Things went very well for a while and I really thought I found a great place to bring my vehicle which recently has had quite a few problems. Then I started seeing the owner's (Alex) real side.
