I’m 20 years old and a relatively new driver, and not a great one at that. I’ve done a car wash only once before so naturally I went in a little nervous. The man at the payment kiosk picked up on it, and was the kindest human on the planet telling me everything was going to be alright and explaining what I had to do.

I have a monthly membership but hadn't visited the location in a while. After the snow the past few weeks, I needed a wash. I didn't stop At the vacuums after washing like normal and I regret it.
When I got home, I realized I had scrapes and scratches all over my car. 1 scratch, okay I get it, but I have at least 20 different locations and problem areas. I took my Jeep here to get it washed. My Jeep is a garage queen. I only drive it on the weekend when the weather is good. It doesn’t get very dirty. Just some bugs and road dust. You would expect when buying the most expensive wash option that you would get a clean vehicle. At the Blue Hen car wash this is not the case. I love this car wash. I see a substantial difference in my cars appearance after going through, especially on the rims. The vacuums are great and powerful (saw a review they weren't? They definitely are)
I go out of my way a bit to come to this car wash because of the quality.
I don't think this car wash is any more expensive than surrounding ones and there's an obvious difference on my car going through this one.

Everytime I come to this carwash and get the highest priced selection, it never shines my tires. I was told the system sometimes can't detect the size of a car if a bigger truck or car came through before mines. For the price you have to pay, that is an unacceptable excuse!. It's been months in between and they still have the same issues. This place is a total waste of time and money. I will drive all the way to the much better car wash in Bear, De from now on. I highly do not recommend!!

The attendants actually do a manual wash as your car starts to roll through the automatic car wash and when it comes out parts of it are still dirty like lots of it like my headlights were dirty the back of my car was dirty I Have an SUV and around the back windshield was still dirty it was just a waste of money, super disappointing. The only good thing I experienced was the free vacuum with the wash.

Brought my truck in today, paid $16 for a full wash to get some awful smell/dirt out of the undercarriage, and it did not cut it at all- the entire rear of the vehicle was still dusty. It's not a hand wash, so I'm not expecting to get years-old fender grime off, but it should get the surface dust off a tailgate. Pulled a total Karen move and went up to one of their employees, who called the manager. This was my first time at this car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The free vacuums were great and I was able to get most of my boarder Collies long hair up which was a surprise. Most of the free vacuums I have used in the past were a disappointment but for free its hard to complain. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends. Thanks !

I drove out of my way because of the high reviews on this car wash, but when I got there it's not touchless and the ribbons are very heavy and sloppy they did not clean the front of the car. I actually had to go back and hand wash some of the bird stains off of the vehicle. Definitely not worth the drive.

Good well maintained facility with commendable staff. Been a regular here and never had an issue. Although it's not gonna be 100% spectacular perfect car wash, the job does get done efficiently. Two lanes of lines and can be long at times, but it flows. Reasonably priced for the the type of service package you select. They also offer a monthly wash club. Enjoy the free vacuums as there are more-than-plenty of stations.

Worst customer service ever! I sat in a line and watched 8 cars from the other side go through. The people at the garage we're standing and talking the entire time oblivious to what was going on. I just signed up for the $17.50 package with free vacuuming. This car wash advertises, "UNLIMITED WASHES", with their package deals. I wasn't given notice of the terms and conditions until after I paid and went through the car wash. After vacuuming, I drove off and started to read my "terms and conditions" when stopped at red lights. It says at the bottom, to "please limit your washes to one per day". Obviously I was confused. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor. The man that answered the phone said he was the owner. Can't remember his name tho

This was my first time going to the Blue Hen Car Wash. I really wanted a membership with a car wash, but wanted to try it out before I bought the membership. Lucky me that I did! I selected the highest cost in wash. I came out of the car wash to free vacuuming. Yay! When I looked at my car...there were still water spots all over my car, and even some dirt spots still left. I gave this car was 2 stars only because the staff are very friendly and helpful. Other than this, I will not be returning to this car wash and will be returning to the bear 3 minute car wash for my membership.

I chose the $11 package. The good thing is my car didn't get scratched. What I don't like the most is that my car didn't get washed well. There were white residues left from the soap. Those dirty places on the side the car cannot be washed. Also there was no one to towel wipe my car. I have to drive my car in a wet condition. People work there is also funny. I was buckling up in the entrance and there was no car behind me but he still got very anxious and push me to hurry up. I'm pretty sure I won't go back. I miss the hand wash in new jersey

I've been a member for a few months now and I am pretty happy. Occasionally I'll get a minor scratch or buff mark from their equipment but that is to be expected by a mechanical car wash. I find the limitation to their wash to be that it doesn't do the wheels or wheel wells very well, sometimes tends to leave soap spots, and the drying blowers leave a bit to be desired. Generally speaking its not an issue except in winter time when sometimes I just want to drive through and go without doing some hand wiping after the wash. I did the $11 car wash. They had the $8 and $15 as well but the mid-grade was really all I needed. You pay at a machine and are ushered onto the track. Throw your car into neutral and enjoy the ride.
Afterwards you can use the vacuums for free. The hose is long and the air flow isn't pathetic like some of these other places. I left with a really nice clean car after 15 minutes and $11. I'd say this place is a great, fast, convenient place to snag a car wash.

I've driven by this place numerous times but today I decided to check it out. It had a sign that got me to come in saying, "Car wash $7 and free vacuum." Instead of a person staying there waiting to take your money, they had an auto payment thing that threw me off for a minute because it was talking about their card program.
