WSVR currently provides guests access to two beautiful rental properties nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Located in Wilmington, New York, our vacation homes offer Adirondack luxury just minutes from Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid.
Since 2015, WSVR has been dedicated to offering guests exceptional accommodations at reasonable prices. For the past 25 years, Jeremy has been a maintenance and construction manager at a 4 diamond resort in Lake Placid, New York. Cassandra works as a high school and college educator in Plattsburgh and Clintonville, New York.

If you are interested in reserving or just would like more information, please contact us via email or phone. In your message please include the name of the home you would like to reserve (White Spruce Cottage or Graystone Cottage), your name, phone number, the number of guests in your party, your preferred arrival and departure dates, and whether you are bringing pets.
At White Spruce Cottage and Graystone Cottage we are committed to your health and safety, and are following strict guidelines for cleaning. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces as well as frequently touched surfaces with Lysol, disinfecting wipes, or disinfecting spray-cleaner.
Every cleaner that we have for the home (multi-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, granite cleaner, furniture polish, etc.) are all disinfecting cleaners that are labeled to kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.All bed sheets and white comforters are washed in hot water and bleach, and all top quilts/comforters/blankets are changed out or washed as well.

Awesome vacation home. Super clean and modern. Even has a washer and dryer. Fast wifi and cable in every room. Close to a lot of hiking trails. Fire pit in the backyard that includes some logs for you. Has 2 charcoal grills for cooking out. Also a hot tub on the deck. My family had a great time there. A side note if you have Verizon wireless, your phone will have a good signal.

We had a tremendous time on vacation staying at White Spruce Cottage. What a beautiful house with all amenities. Close by to Lake Placid. Perfect view of White Face Mountain. Total rest and relaxation. Peaceful!! We don't want to leave and go home. Would definitely come up again! Thank you to the owners!!
