The frames and the service is wonderful! Love how he suggests you which frames fit your face shape and he is very friendly and helpful!! Always coming here and greeted with excellent service. The frames are sleek and elegant in their own way, love my glasses, I always get compliments of them :) He always helps and is patience, been going here for 2 years!

I had the best experience here. The selection is unlike anything I’ve seen in Houston. There are many frames catered to a typical asian face. For instance, I often have a hard time finding plastic frames that sit well on my lower/narrow nose bridge and high cheek bones. Many plastic frames here have built in nose pads which solve that issue. These frames are also lighter than any plastic frames I’ve personally tried. Shawn assisted me and my sister and he was kind, very patient with us, and helpful. My sister found a beautiful pair of sunglasses here! Thank you Shawn for being so patient with

I was in dire need of new glasses and I went to this location in Houston after discovering it in Austin at first! I've never chosen glasses this quickly before and this place has an amazing selection. I'm super picky so this was life changing. The owner was super knowledgeable and friendly and was completely transparent about everything. I have a high prescription and he was able to get my glasses out to me (with UV protection, blue light, high flex etc) in about 30-40 mins! They fit great and they work great! I'm definitely going back and I've recommended it to family and friends already.

I have a pair of rimless Tag Heuer frames that are over 10 years old. Got new lenses at a great price in 30 minutes.
Mr Lee is able to cut rimless lenses on-site. His work is clean and meticulous, there are no off angle cuts or jagged edges. Most other eyeglass shops in town need to send it out and charge almost double.
They don't have your typical brands made by Luxottica but if you want Korean frames and look like a someone from a k-drama this is your place to go.

I went to this location for the first time less than a week ago and the customer service by the owner was spectacular as well as the selection of glasses! I'm usually the one to go to a bunch of stores to find THE pair of glasses I'll be donning for the next year or two but it probably took me less than 5-10 minutes in this one store. I got my glasses within 30-40 mins and I was just in HMart to pass that time and they fit and work great. I'll be coming back here to get my annual-biannual glasses and I've already recommended this place to family and friends who want to update

Absolutely love this place. I have gotten 2 pairs of glasses there. Styles are perfect for folks with low bridge noses like me. I hate when glasses rest on my face and these are all perfect for people like me.
The man who runs the shop is also amazing! His customer service is very accommodating. I love this place and will probably never go elsewhere.

Great store inside Hmart with so many beautiful and chic frames available to choose from. The optician was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the different options available and gave great recommendations for me to choose the perfect frames and lenses that is a good fit for me. If the lenses you need are available, you can have your new glasses within 30 minutes. I left with 2 beautiful new frames!

In the busy modern society we live in today were we just click and buy.
I needed new glasses and didnt want just go ahead and "buy online" or keep putting it off.
Overall I liked the large selection of styles they offered. The owner was not only knowledgable about the product but was helpful, he cared. I'm the type of person who pays alot of attention to detail and I really appreciate just this alone.
the pricing was fair and his turn around time was fast for cutting prescriptions

I stumbled across this store as I was visiting the H-mart Korean grocery store. The glasses store was right at the H-mart's entrance so you can't really miss it. They have a huge selection of Korean-style glasses that caters to Asian's face shape. The customer service was extremely thorough and friendly. My glasses were ready in 30 minutes and the owner did more than enough so I can walk out with a perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend this place!

I just came in here today with my lens prescription and my glasses were ready within 30 minutes. They have large selection of trendy American/Korean styles and prices are reasonable. They don't offer eye exam but if you bring in your prescription(or glasses you would like to be replicated) you will be taken care promptly! Although they do mot accept insurance at the moment, there are forms you can file for reimbursement from your insurance company and they will assist you in filing them.
I highly recommend this place.

I've been eyeing this place since it opened! All of the frames are so stylish (Korean style), which is not a style u can find in the usual glasses stores in Houston. They also don't do eye exams, so they don't accept insurance (out of network store). HOWEVER, the store owner can help you fill out the reimbursement form for your insurance! Getting my lens done there was $60 (uv, scratch, glare protection included) and $40 if u wanna add blue light stop! The process time for the lens was 30minutes!!!! So stop by here before you do your hmart shopping :3

This place is a great find. The optometrist is extremely courteous, patient, and professional. There are so many frame styles to choose from that are flattering to Asian (and non-Asian) faces, and are very comfortable and light-- including the latest K-drama star looks ;) My glasses were ready the same day! I will definitely be coming back for another cute pair next year!

After contacting the optician, they provided me with detail to take an eye exam [elsewhere] BEFORE arrival if looking for prescription glasses, due to their lack of support for the service.
After entering Eleven Optical, within my sight were organized openly displayed prescription glasses /sunglasses frames to freely try on, touch, feel, and glance in the multiple paneled wall mirrors upon arrival at ease.
The cost for the frames are shown with the stickers placed on the glasses, compared to others without such step, this marks down the need for price inquiry.

This is the best optical shop experience I’ve ever had. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and flexible. My daughter broke her glasses at school and we were able to pick a frame and they had the lenses in house so the owner was able to fill the prescription immediately. When I needed to get progressive lenses my experience with him was also fantastic. Now he’s doing my sunglasses for me. Great place to get glasses!
