From the time you walk in, the lovely ambience greets you and you know you're going to be well taken care of. The environment is spotlessly clean and very classy (true to the name of the business) with soft music playing in the background. The staff are very courteous. I was asked for what I'd like to drink as soon as I sat down (they have the option of complimentary water, soda, or wine)!! The seats are actually massage chairs, so you can get a good upper body massage while you're being attended to. I went here for the first time a little over a week ago (~8 days) with my younger cousin. I liked the look of the interior. I got acrylic nails done for over $50 though and I’ve already had to glue 4 of them back on. One of them came off on day 3. I have had acrylics done before and they have never come off this easy or quickly. I don’t exactly live close for me to stop in whenever one breaks either.. wish they were better quality for the money :/

Very pleased with my experience! Was greeted immediately upon my arrival and checked in for my appointment. The salon is immaculate and very clean. I observed each tech sanitize their station before taking the next guest. Trinity did a fabulous job and I highly recommend her!! I am so obsessed with my new set of claws. She didn’t make me feel rushed during my visit - in fact she worked every nail to perfection. I appreciate her attention to detail! Definitely looking forward to my future visits!

Annie did my nails, I showed her a picture of what I had in mind but told her to do what she thought would look best! She did a wonderful job and I love my nails! I didn’t get the name of who did my pedicure but it was very relaxing as well! :)

I have been coming here for over a year now and today was the first time I wasn’t satisfied with my nails. I was hesitant to go back and ask them to fix them but when I did they were extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This definitely solidified how great this place is. Will always recommend to everyone!

I couldn’t have asked for prettier nails on my wedding day! My bridesmaids loved them. I got so many compliments. I asked for a design that appeared on a previous review and they made it happen.
