John's knowledge of the Williamsburg area can't be beat. We had many questions and some specific needs (for example we required a garage that could house two large kayaks). Even after we closed he continued to help us with contacts. We were interested in a small, not well known neighborhood at one point and had questions about the HOA. John was able to get us the HOA documents so we could read up on it. We appreciated his honest and realistic answers to our questions, as well.
