First Street Station Apartments' location in Vancouver, Washington provides easy access to Mill Plain Boulevard, Highway 14, and I-205, making your commute a breeze. C-Tran public transportation stops are within walking distance. Our cross streets are 162nd Avenue and 1st Street. Schools are nearby, with Mill Plain Elementary within walking distance.

I don't know where R A lives, but i live in the D unit building and couldn't be happier. All my neighbors are super quiet or our walls are very well insulated im not sure which.
Our appliances are all way better than everywhere my wife and i have lived before (i dont have to pre-scrub the dishes anymore, just rinse the big pieces off)
While we have lived in a upstairs unit all winter we haven't needed freaking AC all winter to keep the tempature reasonable like my last apartment where the heat leaked in from downstairs like a furnice that was stuck on.

Not a great place to live. Very noisy. Can hear all your neighbors do. Can also smell all your neighbors do even though the property is supposedly non-smoking. The windows are very thin, let a lot of cold air in, and can hear all parking lot noise as bedrooms face that area. Awful, awful management. Don't enforce the non smoking rule including in units in case that interests you either way. This place must've gone down hill based on previous reviews. Also, states newly renovated but not sure what year newly is referring to.

We have lived here since May of this year, Ariel the manager has been fantastic. She’s friendly and thorough and always there if you have any questions or concerns. The community is very quiet, friendly neighbors and surroundings and we like that the community is gated. Also the maintenance staff is quick about responding to maintenance requests. The only reason why we are moving after six months is because we bought a house. Thank you Ariel and staff for making this experience enjoyable.

Ariel and their hard working teams have been nothing short of exceptional since we moved in. She has listened and addressed every concern that I’ve had. The value from how nice our apartment is and the level of service we get is the best place we have experienced in the whole Portland metro area!!

Ariel is a friendly and helpful manager. She was prompt and answered all my questions in every step of the process, from seeing the apartments to following up with maintenance requests. She lives in the complex, so she can see what needs doing. The apartments themselves are clean and newly renovated, with great amenities. A good place to move to, and a good place to live.

I have never felt more at home in an apt. As I do here Ariel made the move in process very easy, they accommodated my puppy, which was hard to find. My children love it here. The community is safe and its convenient to schools and stores in town too wich is nice for the kiddos. Had 1 maintenance issue and it was fixed immediately. These guys rock!!! Love living here!!!

I’m home! I love my spacious, upgraded apartment with all the amenities I required. The complex is gated, quiet and close to stores, etc. Ariel, the manager, is very friendly and helpful in the entire process from application through move-in and very knowledgeable. As well as the friendly maintenance staff when I had a couple of minor issues, they attended to them timely and made sure done to my satisfaction.

My first thought upon seeing 1st Street Station Apartments was how lovely it looked and because it was gated added to the appeal, the greatest pleasure was meeting the manager Ariel and her warm welcoming smile, I have been living here over 13 months and Ariel has always been thoughtful and efficient in her management with the property and the people who live here, I would also like to add that Mathew the maintenance man is friendly and efficient as well.
