Unfortunately, we recently had to discontinue using Maids by Trade. I say unfortunately, because my wife and I felt they did a good job, they were prompt and efficient, and they communicated well. We had used them for several years (they came every other Thursday), and the first problem occurred roughly a year ago. When we got home from work on a Thursday evening, my wife was unable to find her phone charger. Initially, we just assumed she had misplaced it and it would eventually turn up, but it never did. The service was comparatively very expensive but the team did a thorough job. They did break a few things and were definitely careless when organizing my things. They are not very attentive to their missed calls or voicemails during business hours. This is a tough business to be in during covid times to be sure, but I'm not sure I'd use this company again.

We've been using Maids By Trade to clean our home every 2 weeks for 7 years. They are a great group of people.
They have been super consistent for us. We work from home and had a dog who was not friendly when people came into the house. So, we have always needed them to come at a consistent time and call ahead. And they always have!
I could count on one hand the number of accidents or mishaps that have happened in 7 years time. As a manager of people msyelf, I know that's an excellent record. The team listens to us when we ask them to change things, and there have never been any issues

Highly recommended! From estimate to cleaning, this team impressed me! I reached out via Yelp, coordinated an estimate, they came out and answered all my questions and provided a lot of info, they confirmed the appointment in advance, let me know when they were 30 mins out, then showed up and got to work.
I didn't expect as much as I got--including little things like folding up blankets and organizing the remotes on my coffee table! My biggest headache is mini blinds, and they did a great job cleaning these (it's a bit extra, but worth it!).

On time, impeccable attention to detail, coordinated the appointment the day before and the day of and and very professional! My shower is like new, cobwebs gone, and my plantation shutters were meticulously dusted to perfection.! I am incredibly grateful Maids by Trade and will highly recommend them. They are scheduled to come in 3 weeks.

Trying to get a regular cleaning schedule with Maids by Trade was such a hassle that we decided to go elsewhere. We managed to get an initial cleaning done, after a lot of back and forth with the receptionist and having a staff member come out for an estimate. The crew did a decent job and we were happy enough to try to get a regular service scheduled. However there was so much back and forth, lack of timely follow-up and excuse making from the office staff that I decided to forget it and move on to a new cleaning service. The team that I had was AMAZING! I had to leave the house to get stitches just before they were set to arrive so I left them a short note and took off. When I came home they were elbows deep in cleaning but took the time to make sure that everything that I wanted done was noted, they even asked how my hand was doing. When I came home again the house was glittering. My floors and windows by my front door have never been cleaner. I was so happy with the service provided!
Emerald in the office was also great, she took down everything that I wanted done and was able to give me a VERY accurate estimate

From initial contact through estimate and cleaning the staff at Maids by Trade were wonderful to work with and very friendly. They are very professional, caring and punctual. Rocio & Irma showed up spot on time and Were very nice to work with throughout the cleaning process. They were friendly and thorough with their cleaning.

Such a great experience with Maids By Trade!
We needed same day cleaning for a house we were moving out of. I called in the morning and April was able to set up a team to clean the entire house that afternoon. The estimate she gave me was 100% spot-on and she was super helpful and easy to coordinate with.
The cleaning crew did an incredible job and were very efficient and nice. Raz, Sandra, Zuleima, & Rubicel cleaned the entire house, which was not in great shape, and just a few hours. It was cleaner than when we moved in! I'm very impressed and would recommend Maids By Trade to anyone

I'm sorry you didn't like what I had to say, but that was just annoying. And I never once asked you guys for any sort of refund. The more interactions I have with you guys, the less I like you.
